    I love how the red rocks on Boldore's body glow, it looks cool. Also love the scene where Boldore attempted to show Ash affection at the end, slightly made me think of Bayleef.

    OOPS NEVER MIND DIDN'T SEE SEREBII'S POST.

    Ahem.

    Superb episode, to be fair. There'd clearly been a bump in the animation budget, and the evolutions and the attack animations were of a quality we haven't seen in the anime for quite a long time, if ever. Excadrill vs. Roggenrola/Boldore may go down as the best battle of Best Wishes so far.

    I liked the gym battle but two problems:

    1. Roggenrola didn't do crap except sandstorm.
    2. It was way too quiet during Roggenrola's evolution. Though LOL at them wondering what was going on with it (as if it wasn't evolving) and its so awesome when Ash already knows what the Pokemon is even though he's never really seen them before.

    Did Ash dex his Boldore? I can't remember, bad quality.

    I did like how Snivy totally killed the crap out of Palpitoad.
    I will not say I'm the best. But by Ash's standards, I'm pretty good.

    Yeah I noticed that he did say its name then he checked it on the pokedex.
