I think Cynthia would win against Lance. Like people have stated, she has Pokemon with different types, whereas Lance has mostly Flying and Dragon types, which is easier to counter.

Probably Cynthia, since her Pokemon are more diverse. But personally I was able to beat Cynthia much more easily than I ever beat Lance.
Honestly, it could go either way if we're talking anime universe. I'd still root for Lance though, because I like him better.

Cynthia easily. She's one of the toughest Champions around. Plus all of her Pokemon have perfect 31 IVs all round. That Garchomp is a beast.
Oh man...so satisfying to beat this thing after it took out the other 5 Pokemon of my team.
