I think that's what he wants you to say.
Also Stoutland. I mean, come on, it's heavy and weirder things have it.
Yes. It would simply love EQ, being able to smack rock and steel types who resist it's STAB. The only problem would be levitating ghost, which it can still hit with Crunch.

I think Synthesis would be a little counter productive. If you want more recovery you'd use Sunny Day and then you'd set up fire attacks. Then if someone uses Rain Dance you're not getting as much recovery, but you're also not getting as much damage from fire moves.

Also, Synthesis doesn't make sense to me. Sure, it's a plant and all, but it lives in a cave. It probably wouldn't need much light....

Yeah. I was thinking Coil / Leaf Blade / Earthquake / Iron Tail. Serperior needs a steel type move for ice-type coverage and Earthquake to deal with steel types that would wall him. If Serperior gets blessed by Earthquake, it can kiss NU goodbye.

Drop Iron Tail for Dragon Tail and you'll be set. It's not like most Ice types in NU (where Serperior works the best) are really going to be taking a boosted Leaf Blade easily anyways, and Iron Tail's accuracy is too shaky for only a 100 BP move.

Now, what Serperior really needs is a better special movepool for when Contrary is released. Something like Aura Sphere would be a real blessing (still crossing my fingers for an Aura Sphere tutor), especially after a Leaf Storm + Contrary boost. Substitute/Leaf Storm/HP Ice/Aura Sphere with Contrary would be amazing.

Um...I'd hate to break it to you, but it would need something like Shell Smash to be good.

Besides, it's special attack is 65, and it's attack is 92.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but I really think Blissey should get Baton Pass.

Right now, Blissey has been falling heavily in Usage stats since the metagame has evolved into an offensive based metagame. Also, it suffers heavy competition from Ferrothorn and Tentacruel in Rain, who all can support offense teams well as well as offer defensive benefits. With Baton Pass, Blissey can pass humongous Substitutes that can be annoying to take down, allowing stuff such as Dragonite, Scizor, Salamence, Terrakion, Landorus, Volcarona, and other offensive threats to set up and sweep safely behind a Substitute.

One of the best move choices I've heard so far. Blissey needs to overcome such sweepers as listed above, along with Substitute. Toxic could work w/ Substitute plus Baton Pass if all else fails.

Blissey's usage could cut in half and it would still be OU.

I'm just saying that it could really help offense teams by passing subs instead of strictly being a defensive core asset.

Luxray with Agility, or Flame Charge, even Swords Dance would boost this thing to usefulness. It's unusually slow, even for a lion, so Agility is preferred. (I guess those big ears aren't very aerodynamic.)

    Gear Shift > Agility
It does what Agility does but also boosts Attack

Speaking of Gear Shift, tons of Pokémon would love it. It's an improved Dragon Dance.

As much as it'd love that, it wouldn't make sense in anyway.

Yea, it's better, but perhaps a different, more nature-esque version is in order. Or an Ability called Try Hard, where any stat increases by +1 or 2 if lower than the opponents' stat. Or maybe it boosts any random stat to match the opponent's.

    I'm back, baby.

I can only see Rotom and Cryogonal with those moves. Klink/Klang/Klinklang own this move themselves, like a signature move. Giving this move to a majority of other pokemon would seem incorrect, since those three pokemon...well, are composed of gears themselves. That's like giving Palkia Roar of Time.

This. There are a few Pokemon (looking at you Klinklang, or however you spell its name) that desperately need better offensive coverage. Then there are others for whom a physical Hidden Power would just be a nice addition. A physical HP Ice would do wonders for Terrakion, letting it bowl past Gliscor with ease, and a physical HP Fire would let Kingdra laugh in Ferrothorn's face.

Let's think about this again Einstein.
A physical HP Fire vs. a Ferrothorn. Kingdra low HP Phy HP Fire + Iron Barbs = KO for Kingdra and still go for Ferrothorn. Ferrohorn is made to physically wall you know....

Give Lanturn Soak. Then it could run possibly the best mono-attacking set ever: Rest/Sleep Talk/Soak/Thunderbolt.
