So for an episode that was supposed to be devoted to Zekrom and stuff, it was pretty much a filler. No plot development whatsoever...

Live caster is Cubchoo. This episode, even though it was pretty obvious, is confirmed to have NOT aired out of order.

This episode wasn't about plot development, just a good old fun episode, with many famous movie references.

Sounds like nothing much of substance happened. If they're reducing the legend to the background, I don't think we're going to see it adapted.

That said, this does sound like a very good episode nevertheless, definitely better than the last two. I'll have to seek it out right away.

True, with all the plot episodes happening having one of these episodes just for the fun of it is cool and it wasn't even a filler.

Yeah just a fun episode to introduce Papa Araragi,w e can say Krokorok appearing at the end was the only plot related thing.

Idk, with the mythology they appeared to go into, they didn't really do much. I mean what's the point of introducing the damn Dark stone an essential part of the games, just to be apart of a filler?

The end theme is pretty relaxing.

And I guess the Prof Oak segment is the reason for the shorter seeming ep! Why can't the Ameican eps be like that? :<

The new ep looks like it will be pretty good. Too bad I probably won;t wake up earliy enough next week to watch it lol.

Wake up early? I just stay up late.

Anyway, solid episode. I liked the adventure theme, and it is pretty good for a children's cartoon, something definitely the younglings will look back to like you guys look back to Kanto. But as a more mature viewer, it just didn't offer what I wanted. Oh well, it's Pokemon that I'm watching.

    Good night everybody!

It was a fun episode to watch. For all we know, this episode may be referenced to again later involving the dark stone.

You know, most of the Pokemon series is like that... (Same as Naruto lol.)

Off topic, but that Japanese girl speaking English in that commercial was really good!!

    Edit (save double post):

Heh heh. I probably would during the summertime, but it's 5:32 AM now. Normally I'm used to staying up until 1 AM or so which is what I did tonight, so at least I'm running on some sleep. c:

Also, I agree with your statement. It wasn't as fulfilling as I was hoping, but still entertaining to say the least.

Yeah, have to agree here, but even then:

    Cedric episode >>>> Cottonee episode.

Heck, it had Cedric, Juniper, Cilan using Stunfisk and Pansage, decent enough animation and SG Krokorok. Oh, and a bit of mythology surrounding Zekrom and Reshiram...

    It seemed fillerish though..

Yeah, I tried to deny it a bit when watching, since the whole travelling bit with Cedric seemed a bit fishy, but the Live Caster really did it in..

At least the writers care about Iris and Cilan's Pokemon.......

But it wasn't too bad....I guess.....still perhaps a bit too dialogue heavy for me to fully enjoy it (at this moment in time).

    Liked the flashbacks though.

But hey we also got to see mirror move, for like the first time in the history of the anime.
I will not say I'm the best. But by Ash's standards, I'm pretty good.

Just saying lol, is it just me or did Satoshi forget to remember Palpitoad when he remember all his other pokemons? the poor thing , major mess up by the writers animators, they remembered all their pokemons, Iris and Dent too but Palpitoad got ignored, even though Stunfisk was remember lol, they could even make a shot of them together or maybe it was blurry and they were together.

Now don't whine about it but its a major mess up imo, poor thing, I demand Palpitoad to appear soon.

Bulbapedia seems to agree with me but they don't have Scraggy there either and I believe I saw Scraggy, maybe they are both in there but due to blurryness we couldn't see them.

Well it is hard to flashback to a Pokemon when it was only used to battle *rimshot*

But darn, that's kind of cheap, I didn't see Palpitoad, but I wasn't exactly paying attention to the Pokemon in the flashbacks. I remember Sewaddle but not Swadloon. But I did see Tepig, Roggenrola, and Boldore.

Oh, they just need a shot of it(I know it was a joke).

Yeah Sewaddle was there, Roggenrola I think and like I said I think Scraggy was in there but Bulbapedia doesn't have it listed so maybe they forgot both of them.

That was dumb of TV Tokyo/animation team, I guess when they went to get old pictures to insert in this episode forgot those two, obviously will still need to confirm after seeing the episode with good quality even though today quality was nice.

Filb has pictures up, so yeah Palpitoad and Stunfisk don't get a flashback scene, they are the only ones(Stunfisk did appear in the episode), Scraggy got one like I though.

Poor Palpitoad , that shot with him talking to it after beating Soutland would be perfect.
