Nobody ever said that they were the only ones capable of saving the world. Not only do they not do it alone, but they also just happen to be in a position to do something about what's going on. So basically, it just comes down to a large series of coincidences.

    • Why can't Nidorina and Nidoqueen breed?
    • If Zweilous has two brains, why does Hydreigon only have one?
    • What's up with Lileep and Cradily's typing? I know what they're based on (sea lilies, which are commonly mistaken for plants), but still.

    • They are hermaphrodites.
    • Who said it only has one?
    • They still utilize Grass Type energy, speaking from an in-universe perspective.

    I have officially claimed Mew.

I think you might've misunderstood what I said. I might not have worded my statement very well, so...
    Nidoran♀: Field, Monster
    Nidorina: Undiscovered
    Nidoqueen: Undiscovered

    Nidoran♂: Field, Monster
    Nidorino: Field, Monster
    Nidoking: Field, Monster

As I said, they are hermaphrodites. Nidoran-Female develops into one as it evolves.

Maybe Nidoran F just have early-onset menopause.

Because the brains merged back into one upon evolution (I think the same thing happens with Duosion -> Reuniclus), or, in a more Hydreigon-appropriate fashion, one brain emerged as dominant and cannibalized the other.

She still have not found her ideal partner. Case solved.

PokéFusion? I think, when he evolved, both brains decided to stick together! <3

I guess you've answered that already?

It's not mentioned in the Pokédex. To be honest, I can't remember where I read that at.

It doesn't say anything about Reuniclus' brain number on Bulbapedia... It does say something about a Reuniclus' brain power increasing when it holds hands with another one, though. /badlywordedyes

How come whenever the player defeats members of the bad guy group of the game, they just sit there / run away. Especially when you're in their base. They can easily grab you and lock you up but they decide to let you keep going and eventually defeat their leader (and he let's you carry on with ruining their plans on ruling the region or whatever). I know it would make going into their base rather impossible in the game, but this makes you wonder... Could they have made the scenario any different?

I imagine if they tried that they'd get attacked by your pokemon,

I think the real question is why don't teams wear pokemon resistent body armor.

By virtue of society in the Pokémon world not being identical to our own.

I've just always assumed it really wasn't some important thing, just something so the kids can learn more about all the pokemon, feel like they're helping out, and and have some goal or whatever to work on. Come to think of it they could even throw in a hidden gps so the parents can keep track of them.

May not be right, but that's how it is in my head when I play.

Hm the first time the pokedex was done it was done by professior oak's grandson and his friend, Hm if you see red as just someone to keep blue motivated to complete his dex it makes sense. Afterwords they figured since it worked really well the first time it should work well again.

Hm in the first game where do they get information on mewtwo a pokemon few people knew existed, at least orgin gives an explanation why mewtwo is 150 instead of Mew.

One word: Ash. Two words: Ash's Pikachu. It trains n battles with Ash. Then beats trainers at the league. Pikachu travels Ash to do the same thing over n over again. Then it loses like 15 seasons later to a noob with a water type.

False Swipe is a move to help capture pokemon. However, only an handful pokemon can learn it.

Also, I cannot understand how Stunfisk can live. It's a flat... how does his organs work? :\

How exactly do you not be killed by being near slugma and mascargo, sure 10000 degrees is probally not it's real tempture but lava is still really hot to the point you'd die by convection, that's not even get to why other pokemon can touch it without dying.

So Gastly (and it's evolutions) are pretty much made of gas, right? So wouldn't using a fire type move on one cause some sort of explosion? Unless of course, the Gastly line is composed of a toxic, nonflammable gas.

I believe thats Ectoplasmic vapor that Gastly is made of.

You have to agree it may be bit different from what we have here! Not that one on Celadon, though...
Anyway... Kids using little monsters or BIG monsters, or even things like a God Pokemon (Sorry Endolise, I can't resist xD ), doesn't really make sense, either. Have you noticed that?
