Ruby or Sapphire? O.o

Sapphire over Ruby - I prefer the colour blue as well as its box legendary as well as the exclusive Pokemon it gets too (namely Lotad early on - much more useful than Seedot imo).

Sapphire because of a few reasons. Kyogre I like more than Groudon. I like Team Aqua more than Team Magma. Also I like Lotad more than Seedot.

i prefered sapphire the exclusives made the game the easier. i can choose torchic as my starter love that guy. cause i don't like grass and having 2 water types as my strongest poke don't make much sense

You should go for whichever of them that has the version exclusives that appeal to you the most, and whether you like blue better than red as well as if you prefer Kyogre or Groudon... There isn't too many other differences between them.

But if you want my opinion, go for Sapphire. Blue is one of my favorite colors and the rain effects caused by Kyogre were pretty cool.

Don't really have a valid reason but I much prefer Ruby. It's the one I have started with and it's the one that has Groudon.

I prefer Ruby. The Lotad line is quite possibly my favourite Gen. III line, so that pushes me towards Sapphire, but I prefer red and grew up with Ruby, and prefer Groudon (Even if Kyogre is the better battler) for that reason, using him on pretty much all my childhood teams. So Ruby for me c:

I'd say Ruby. I like Groudon more (even if Kyogre could kick its butt). I think Shiftry is really cool (although I also like Ludicolo a lot). And imo, Team Magma looks a lot cooler than Team Aqua.

Sapphire because you can catch Groudon yay! nahh personal would be Emerald for sure. If you are going for the Pokedex then you might aswell get Sapphire because Lunatone is only catchable there.

I chose Sapphire. I like water type Pokemon, and I think Kyogre looks cooler than Groudon. I also like Team Aqua better than Team Magma.

For me, it was always Ruby - it was the first one I got and that's what I currently have all my GBA Pokémon on now at least.

Usually, I would pick Sapphire. I prefer blue over red, and Kyogre over Groudon, but I picked Ruby for a couple of reasons. 1. You can catch Duskull in Ruby (I like it better than Shuppet), and Magma are the main bad guys (I always liked Archie better, so when he was at least a semi-good guy in Ruby, I was happy :3).
