Ruby or Sapphire? O.o

I would look up info on the pokemon each game has and the ones you prefer would be an excellent way on deciding on which one to choose.

Don't really know....I mean Kyogre is 1000 times cooler than Groudin but the first game I played was my brother's leftover Ruby. So I have more memories of playing Ruby, AND I like Shiftry more than Luddicolo. So Sapphire I guess, but still I like Ruby a swell.

I'd go with Sapphire, actually the main reason is logic.
I mean in Ruby, team Magma has their base in the same place where Team Aqua has it in Sapphire and Emerald.
Now tell me, why would a team whose goal is to extend land.. Build their base in water? This would confuse me too much so I stick to Sapphire. Though, on Ruby you can get Zangoose.

But I don't know, if it's a question of logic, why would Team Aqua want to massively expand the sea? They're land-dwelling animals themselves.
(and making Mt. Chimney erupt makes much more sense than wanting to turn it into a lake)

The reason I chose Ruby was the box art with Groudon on the cover but I don't think it will matter either way

You should have expanded this to include Emerald :P
JK, I can't say as I started with Emerald.
But would probably go with Ruby because the Version differences and I prefer Team Magma over Aqua :]

Ruby is my favorite, because it was my first video game. honestly sapphire had ludicolo and the legendary had a one hit ko move, but I liked groudon more.

I preferred Sapphire version because you could capture Kyogre and Latias in that game. Also, I really liked the blue cartridge for some reason.

Although ruby has a antagonist team with better costumes.

I'm not sure I can really choose between them, they're relatively the same in my eyes, considering the fact that I prefer Emerald to them both.
But I guess I would go with Ruby because I like Groudon more than Kyogre.

Although I haven't played the old pokemon games (they've probably been pretty good), I'd go with Pokemon Ruby because Groudon looks pretty darn good and has good moves too.

Ruby! I love Groudon, but i admit Kyogre is really cool too... which is why i got my friend to trade me his from Sapphire; not fro Groudon mind you!
