The Dojo at Saffron is where I train.

If EV training counts, then that route between Mahogany town and the Lake of Rage since the Pokes there give a lot of EVs for Sp. Atk and a lot of my teammates use Sp. Atk.

My training with Pokemon: first I EV train by beating wild Pokemon, then I'll level up in the Saffron Dojo (mostly) and the League (less frequently than the Dojo).

the e4 and gym leader rematches. i always found mt. silver to be a horrible place to train.

tell me; do you think sandstorms always strike the same place over and over again? x x

Like everyone else has said, I usually just go back to the Elite 4 or hold the Gym Leaders hostage.

The entrance to mt. Silver. It has tough pokemon and a pokemon center nearby. It's perfect!

For lower level pokemon (for whenever I start new teams), I typically give one pokemon an Exp. Share, and have my tougher pokemon go through the elite four. It may take awhile, but it's quick and worthwhile.

Right now, I'm training for the Elite Four as well. xD
My favorite spot for training is right under Ecruteak City in that little patch of grass behind those two twins. It has Stantlers, which tend to give you a lot of XP after battling, and the Pokemon center is only a few steps away, which really comes in handy for those of us who are too cheap [even with fake Pokemon money] to just buy some potions. xD
