I'm surprised that the Tentacool/cruel on Route 41 haven't been mentioned. Great for training to Lv30 before Chuck.
Spoiler:- Current Hunts:
I have claimed Registeel!
It depends where you are in the game.
Usually I didn't needed to train a lot, so I used the wild Pokémon near by. But when I needed to train, I found a spot that was... alright, even if it requires patience. It's the Route 48 (take notes guys!), right under the Safari Zone. Tauros, Gloom, Fearow and Girafarig are giving enough experience to call this a training spot and I was pleased when I discovered that this route wasn't bad at all to level up weak Pokémon (such as the special Dratini and a Phanpy caught on Route 45) up to around level 35.
For higher levels, I got to Victory Road. It's the best spot I can answer to that question. That was my training spot before the Elite Four and I have to admit, this place was great.
I like to train in all victory roads and places that have high level Pokemon.

I don't accept random friend requests and don't read my convos
I don't know where to train, iam super underlevelled
Mt. Silver and the Fighting Dojo. It might vary depending on the specific Pokemon I'm leveling.
I claimed Cybeast Gregar from Megaman Battle Network 6 in the bishie thread. Go near him and he'll claw you to shreds!! (Or flame you, or zap you, or drop rocks on your head... you get the point.)
84% of the Serebii.net population thinks the DS is better than the PSP. If you ARE one of that 84% then copy & paste this in your signature. DS is the Greatest.
Mt. Silver is heaps good to train. If you are wanting to boost up a lower level pokemon though give it the exp. share and battle the Elite Four, a level 1 baby pokemon would straight away go up 10-15 levels just with the first round.
Mt. Silver, Elite 4/Champion, & Gym Leaders in the Dojo
My Pokemon are always super underleveled for the Elite Four, so I usually get stuck training in Mt. Silver for ages.
I always run out of pp facing the elite four which gets annoying. So im currently grinding at Mt.silvir. Wish there was an area with stronger wild pokemon
I usually fight the elite 4, so I can rebattle red. Or I call up gym leaders... Or just on Mt.Silver. I don't really think that there are any other good places... Maybe the Victory Road if I am lvling Water or Grass types sometimes ground or fight. I trained my Lucario there.
There is no upperhand hand, I'm giving you mine. It doesn't have to end up wasting your time. There's things that I could say, here in my way. I wanna let you know, that it's all okay.

Mt. Silver is a great spot to train but I prefer the Pokemon League.
Mine were (like most people) Mt. Silver and Victory Road. Although I have trained occasdionally at the dragon's den.
The below link is a link to all of my trading information including friend codes, what I have for trade, what I am looking for and my friend safari.
I have been using the pkmn league to train recently!!!!
Gym leaders for mass training, Mt. Silver for evolving a single Pokemon.
My amazing event darkrai
On my first SR I got 31 Sp Atk ivs and 29 speed ivs with a Timid Nature.

He did it perfectly...
VS. Red isn't bad, especially when you have a team of exploders with Belly Drum...
Other than that probably gym leader rematches in Saffron
