I agree on Whitney, but mostly I guess because I was only training Feraligatr at that time. The rest of my teammates could ony be obtained after clearing Sudowoodo. Attract was mostly annoying. I think I got a critical hit on her Miltank which made the battle much shorter, lol.

On topic, I have to admit Clair is definitely hard. Her Kingdra is so effing strong >_>

My onix walled the hell out of Whitney. She was a joke. I am not kidding. With a female, underleveled Growlithe, I finished her off with ember.

My hardest was Clair. Her Gyarados was the hardest, I think. My Espeon was doing good damage against it, but damn, that Crunch hurts.

Whitney but in Sou lSilver i had a Herracross that as able to kick her *** with ease. I can't remember who was the most difficult since that was all like two years ago.

Yes, Whitney's miltank was very annoying with scrappy, I couldn't tank any of its attacks or hit hard.

Probably Whitney, because Miltank was a pain in the neck. But people underrate Clefairy. It took down my Machop with psychic from Metronome. Morty, Chuck and Clair were hard too. Half were hard, half were easy.

Brawly annoyed me once with Double Team Hax in my first playthrough, and Bugsy was also tricky when I went with a Grass monotype run, ugh. U-turn Sycther was absolutely deadly with that and had to rely on poisoning and a lot of switching to deal with that one.

Hmm, I don't recall having any issues with any of the Kanto/Johto gym leaders. Since I beat them all in 1 attempt, I'll have go with the one that gave me the most trouble. Which was Clair, Kingdra before Palkia man. Haha.

Dragon types are always tough to beat if you have nothing super-effective to take them down with.

Chuck for sure. I had started with Cyndaquil, and Poliwrath's Surf wiped it out- before I went to the Lake of Rage to get Riverstar, my shiny Gyara. Then it was simple.
