Colors > Generations. Oh yes I went there.
I don't think that's what he was referring to, but those announcements are funny as ****.

Sonic Colours is my favourite Sonic game so far because of Eggman's PA's and Sonic saying " No copyright law in the universe is going to stop me!"
I hate all the new voices except Tails' voice which seriously needed some improvement.

Here's a clip from Sonic Generations.
Doesn't sound much different than Dan Green in my opinion.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Colors being a Wii game makes it automatically shitty.
Generations was one of the games that really surprised me last year. I picked it up for Ł20 and have been having a blast with it at least a couple times a week. Classic Sonic really needs the lightning shield to be as fun as Modern Sonic though; once you have unlocked the shield though you're golden.
You really gotta skip those cutscenes though. Hammering start like my life depends on it.
Also you are playing Sonic Generations wrong if you don't have Sonic Boom and/or Stardust Speedway playing on every single level.
I didn't say the DS I said the Wii.
The reason a Wii exclusive is bad is because it's on the Wii.
Controls and awful graphics for one. You can't say that Colours wouldn't have been superior if it were on Xbox or PS3.
Sigh.. Okay, let's try again. What's so bad about it being on the Wii?
Controls are great in my experience. At worst, I find them on par with Generations, which is on PS3/360, so that wouldn't change. I suppose graphics would be better if it were on PS3/360, but graphics aren't a very big deal when it comes to games, at least to me. The graphics certainly are not awful, but I can already tell your expectations are much higher than mine. Gameplay is what matters most, and that wouldn't change at all if it were on one of those consoles.

Graphics aren't usually a deciding factor for me, but if I'm choosing to play a game and the console is the choice I have to make, I'm going to usually pick the console with good graphics and good controls, or at least a controller that actually feels like a controller.
But it's still on the Wii.
Why on earth would I want to pay money to play something on a console owned by Nintendo I mean seriously
^ Nintendo troll alert.
I guess if disliking a console and voicing my opinion re: that subject matter makes me a troll then sure, I'm a troll.
Or I could just be posting something you disagree with.
I knew you were going to say that. I could list a bunch of top rated exclusive NES/SNES/N64/Gamecube/Wii games, but that probably won't change your opinion, will it? Well, that's your opinion, and I'll respect it, no matter how shitty of an opinion I think it is. You should try playing Colors if you ever get the chance though. It's a great game.

I have tried playing it, and it would probably be a great game if it wasn't on the Wii and if Sonic Generations didn't exist.
But it is, and it does, so it's a bad game relatively.
