I know now what you're talking about, but I thought of this apology cake from an entirely different episode.

Here's the trivia behind it:

"The cake SpongeBob got for Patrick says 'Sorry about the scabies'. Scabies is a skin disease in humans where mites burrow into the skin and cause a rash that is similar to mange in animals with fur. In this case, scabies is an an STD to those in Bikini Bottom, like it would be in the human world."

Someone please tell me how in the hell that got past the radar. I'm seriously baffled by this.

I'm so dumb, so I had no idea what Scabies are, nor did I think about searching for it on Google. xD

To me, I'm baffled as well. Although it doesn't sound controversial or like any kind of innuendo.

Ha, I haven't even seen that one yet. I think there's a decent amount of newer episodes I haven't seen yet, though- some of the ones that have been mentioned on here in the past I have no idea about.

Edit: ha, I saw that one earlier today. I'd actually seen at least some of the episode before, but I apparently missed the cake.

Remember when SpongeBob bought that drinking hat from Mr. Krabs? I loved the part where Mr. Krabs says that the hat makes SpongeBob look like a girl. And SpongeBob's response? He asks if he's a pretty girl. Mr. Krabs says he's beautiful. Later, he says that SpongeBob is not beautiful. SpongeBob says "I'm NOT?"

The part that always gets to me is how SpongeBob finds a floating shopping list scarier than an actual ghost. Also the fact that Mr. Krabs reaches in to flip it around to fix it makes it even funnier, though SpongeBob's epic teleportation skills when it cuts outside to Mr. Krabs is probably the best part about that particular scene.

Just saw the one where Flats is in Spongebob's boating school and tries to beat Spongebob up. When Spongebob said "I got diaherra." I just about died.

I'm guessing the same way the last few scenes in "Brain Easer" from Reguar show did.
