Serebii's Victory Cup Tournament #1 Tournament hosted by Ragnarok
Introduction
Welcome to the first of a series of tournaments I am creating that will be hosted on Serebii, the Victory Cup tournament. This tournament's aim is to spark activity in the clan section, as well as the competitive section in general. As something like this has never been done before, I figured now would be a good time to give this sort of thing a test run to see if such a tournament of this scale can work. The basic idea of this tournament is to have 16 clans (or less, depending on the amount of clans that sign up) fight in a large scale tournament to see which clan can emerge the strongest. I must emphasise that team work is essential for any clan that participates in this tournament to succeed, so be sure to keep that in mind.
Tournament Rules
As this is the first ever clan tournament, the tier of choice throughout whole tournament will be Black & White Standard OU.
All tournament matches will be played using Pokémon Online.
Of the 5 members in a clan team, only 3 will be selected at random to participate in all rounds leading up to the semi-finals.
First clan to score two wins will advance to the next round.
If a clear winner can't be decided when a D/C happens late game, then both players will replay their game.
If a D/C happens early game, both players will replay doing the same moves.
Each round will last for 7 days from the time it is posted. If both clans fail to meet that deadline, then the clan that tried the hardest to get their team match-ups done will be awarded the win. If both clans fail to be active enough to get their match-ups don, then regardless of the ability of either clan, I will decide which clan advances on a coin-flip.
Disputes will mainly be handled by me. If you have any problems, send my a private message and I will resolve the situation fairly.
Follow all general Serebii rules. Any clan not doing so will receive a strike. Three strikes and the clan is disqualified.
Anyone banned from Serebii / under an alternate account won't be allowed to participate.
Battle Clauses
Wi-Fi Clause: Team Preview must be enabled for all tournament matches.
Sleep Clause: A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokémon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing Pokémon.
Uber Clause: Pokémon that are in the Uber Tier are not allowed to be used.
Timed Battle: Select this clause when having all tournament matches.
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same Pokémon on their team. For example, a player cannot have more than 1 Dragonite on his or her team.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokémon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokémon. For example, Horn Drill is an illegal move to have on a Pokémon's move set.

Things have changed. Now, everyone is now fighting in this round + the finals & battle for third place. The clan to score three wins goes onto the finals. Everyone has till the 2nd March to get these done, and the sooner you all finish your battles, the sooner I can finally end this.
Ghosting will result in disqualification.
Now go and rip each other apart for my amusement.
