I originally planned to make the hiker animated but i had trouble with multiple animation(This is one of the reasons i don't do much multianiamted. Troubles with the image tend to pop out of nowhere).

Here you go, you probably requested something like a banner and i didn't notice it because it was paired with it. Also the hex code you provided wasn't recognized for a reason so i assumed this was the closest to the blue you wanted.

Here you go I couldnt fix the text because it was a banner that was already given a jpg so I could go back and delate the text so I just put time in black
and I put a border around it

I posted it on its own but I did post it at a time when the shop was quite busy and other requests were flying in. I think mine got smushed in between a couple of larger requests. :P
