and then i noticed the name of the pokemon has a bigger font than the awkward ”どうする?” as well. so sorry guys, these are definitely fake, and on such a simple thing to copy from the games, too!

I got pretty excited about it too, until I noticed it was office paper it was printed onto (you can see the lines of fast draft printing).
What if the irony of the matter is that these are actually Sugimori's art in the later scans. 0_o

Yeah, it's fake. Here's what Japanese B/W looks like:
Right after Raikou's name (Raikou's Japanese name is Raikou), we see the character "ha/wa" (は), then "dousuru?" (どうする？).
As already pointed out, the fake screenshot has the ha/wa particle (は) missing, which would be gramatically incorrect. So yeah, fake scan is fake.
There's no way that GF made a mistake, because there's only one instance of that sentence in the entire B/W rom, meaning that GF would have had to actually alter that sentence (assuming B2/W2 is based off of B1/W1), and it would make no sense as to why they would alter it to be grammatically incorrect. In other words, it's confirmed fake.Short of GF making a mistake, something convoluted, it's fake. Still, Cactowl could have been awesome.
