Yeah like you said before, if a fish can evolve into an octopus(or an otter into a sea lion lol) a pigeon can evolve into a pheasant. The evidence is preetty high.

I quite like Oshawott, who's generally hilarious, but the occasional creepiness is a huge detractor. Silly 'wott.

Given recent events in the anime, I'm sure Snivy's popularity will drop like a rock. I just think she's incredibly overhyped. I'm starting to see past the ruse and I can tell that she's not as powerful as the writers make her out to be; she's just sort of average. I'd even say that Scraggy is more competent in battle, and I don't particularly like him.

Hmm.. I have to partially disagree. It would appear she's got pretty good attack power, fairly decent stamina and a lot of determination.. but unfortunately it's her size that goes against her and she ultimately falls due to other Pokémon just wiping out her tiny little body. We've seen a few times now that Vine Whip often does her more harm than good and Attract is fairly useless a lot of the time. She's in need of an evolution and/or move change, just to give her that boost and get away from the size issue.

I'm actually quite surprised Snivy has the most votes. I would have guessed Oshawott or Krookdile would be in the lead. No offense to Snivy. It just feels like we haven't seen much of her over the past few months.
