It's from when the DW did the Porygon event with the doll, C-gear thing, and the Pokémon. But it's Adamant and the ID is 23326 (the OT is me, A+Acomp). The characteristic is Quick tempered, and the IVs are 0-9/24 or 29/0-9/10-19/0-9/0-9. It's UT, by the way.
