Okay, the other day I saw someone point this subtle Trigun joke out. When Vash and Wolfwood go to rescue that girl in episode 9 and Wolfwood forgets his gun he looks at Vash, in his pocket, around himself, and under his leg before looking back at the van to see that he forgot it.

I love the part where the water hits the back of Tsuyoshi's head. It's more just epic animation than actually funny though. The scene itself is hilarious, as was Mai's troll.
