    Oh, alright, sorry~ ^^"

Really? Well, if that is the case, let's hope he gets caught. There's enough a**holes and such out there as it is~

Many toddlers and little kids riding bicycles while screaming is the best way to describe my neighborhood, lol. I'm not that annoyed, but at least it brings the activeness in the district.

The house next door is a frat house. Is that a good enough answer?

When I was 5 our neighbor (right next to us on the right) got a new dog, black lab, she was the meanest dog ever (ironic how she's a lab). She would come tearing into our yard barking and snarling at me and the guy would just watch and laugh. Because of that dog I couldn't go outside without looking out the door and my dad coming with me carrying a baseball bat. (He actually saved me once from that dog with a broom. XP) I had nightmares every night and I wouldn't go anywhere near my best friend, the other neighbor's dog, until I was 10. Also my friend had to put her lab away when I came over.
So eventually my mom called animal control. They went to his house and told him if the dog is off leash and comes anywhere near our house again the dog would be taken away. So he came to our property and said we went out of line.
But I think he realized we meant business because the dog is tied up in her yard 24/7.
But now she barks at 1 in the morning. >_<

    Adorable beyond comprehension.

I've had two sets of annoying neighbors.

First set: The husband and wife got into a huge fight, and the husband left. The woman had two jobs, so she couldn't look after the five teenage children. They were prone to standing outside and talking... at midnight... on school nights... And the local sheriff didn't even seem to care, at least not until they started drinking alcohol (and then kindly throwing the bottles into my yard). The noise was ludicrous, and it was basically a nightly thing: I had to start wearing earplugs every night. Luckily (for me anyway), their house got foreclosed, and they had to leave. Before they did, though, they tried to have their dogs sic the house inspector. And they left their outdoor cat behind: they had always neglected it, so I kinda ended up taking care of it. But that's okay: I like cats, and I'm glad he's away from those terrible owners. They never fed him (he was super skinny when they moved here, before my family started helping it out), never treated him for fleas... They didn't even know "she" was really a he... despite "owning" him for three years.

Second set (the ones that moved in in their place) : Not nearly as bad, but still kinda annoying. Like KoalaLover's problem, it involves a dog. They have a dog they never take care of: they never take it for walks or anything, so it likes to bark to let energy out. For a while, they decided it was okay to let it bark at 5AM. After getting complaints from my family, they put a special collar on it designed to stop it from barking (I don't know the details). So it hasn't been a problem lately. But I feel bad for that neglected dog.

It isn't really a neighbors thing, but cats are constantly being abounded by our house so I'm stuck trying to feed and water and befriend the poor things.

    Adorable beyond comprehension.

"I want to have sex with the girl next door." said the 8 year old across the street. Other than that one kid, his family, and the rich snobs on the corner, I have no complaints about my neighbors.

I used to have neighbors in my summer camp that were nice, but they had a huge dog that was not agressive, but overly affectionate and jumps on everyone he sees. It was funny at first, but it starts to get annoying, but they moved to a different campsite, I still get to see them, but not as much...I miss that dog at times.

My neighbor across the street plays Stairway to Heaven all day and all night. It get totally annoying. There are also a bunch of dog-owners on my block. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs (I have a golden retriever) but these dogs bark and bark and bark. And their owner doesn't even bring them in so they won't be a nuisance. And there's this girl who lives 3 houses down. She's in fourth grade, but she is an idiot. Once she was literally laying in the middle of the street waiting to get run over by a car. And of course my little sister is friends with her. So yeah...

My neighbors when they have no money, they come over to my house to get the food. And when I tell them to go away, they put really loud music to keep us from sleeping in the night.

The reason the dog barks is because they never do anything with it, not even walk it. If it had an opportunity to let some of its energy out, it wouldn't bark. But they took the lazy route.

When I lived in apartments YES there is always annoying neighbors. When I lived in my In-laws house. Not so bad. The old lady next to us ran a day care but she could only watch like one or two toddlers at a time. So it wasn't really too bad. Except when she would pry into our business.

I love where I live now. Only got a few neighbors. A few of them have dogs that bark but they don't go all night or anything. But the neighbor right next to us comes and goes all time. And often late at night we here car doors slam, kinda annoying because it reverberates off the wall of our house and amplitudes into our bedroom.

We have a train track but only when its blowing its horn is it annoying but you usually can't here it in the house, that and planes. We live next to an airbase.
