Okay, this is my very first UU team, and I still need some help. I'm thinking of using a Quiver Dance Venomoth as a passer over Mew, but I'm not quite sure yet. I'm also thinking of using a different move over Superpower on Azumarill, but I'm not sure what. Anyway, I would love help as this is my first ever competitive team. Thanks!

Latios (M) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock
Calm Mind Latios has perfect synergy with Lucario and they help weaken each others' counters with their attacks hitting so hard. Latios>Latias for more power with one Calm Mind boost. Surf gives coverage against heatran and Psyshock helps against Blissey, however Lucario helps in this aspect. Dragon Pulse allows for a solid STAB that doesn't have any negatives effects. Calm Mind is what makes him hit so hard. It's like holding a Choice Specs, but allows latios to switch moves. I think I might run HP [Fire]>Psyshock, but it depends on who else is added.
With Tyranitar and Ferrothorn stopping Latios's sweep, Lucario can start to sweep. most people try to switch in Physical walls into him, so Nasty Plot is a sure surprise. I am almost convinced to run a Timid nature because Gliscor is a common Switch-in and if he outspeeds Lucario, an EQ is in his future. However, with a Timid Nature, he is outsped and is hit with a +2 Shadow Ball. Nasty Plot Lucario is an underrated threat that functions pretty well in this Metagame, however I am really stumped on other team members.
I'd like to use at least Stealth Rocks, but I'd like to keep offensive presence. I'd like to run Hyper Offensive, but I don't know if I want to do balanced either :/

Hyper offense almost always utilizes stealth rocks.
There aren't many ice types in UU. Froslass can be taken out with a Fire Blast from Chandelure. I tested my team out on PO (Pokemon Online) and it said Roserade couldn't go on wifi UU. So my team managed to beat a semi OU team consisting of Blissey, Smeargle, Salamence, Chandelure, Forretress and something else. I got a Timd Chandelure first time in breeding, and I'm going to change the item to Air Balloon as Ground types are going to get a suprose when their move fails and a STAB Fire Blast hits them. WoW can then be changed to Energy Ball.
To be honest and blunt, no. Firstly, having Hyper Beam on any of your pokemon is a bad idea because of the recharge. Also, using four moves of the same type on one pokemon is also bad.
Current Hunt: Golurk (Dragonspiral Tower 2F) / Desert Resort 500 REs 115 REs (Switch areas after 500 REs)
No. Just, no. I wouldn't recommend ANY of this. AT ALL. But you seem to not know anything about natures, evs, ivs; etc, so I'll dumb it down.
Typhlosion's moves: Eruption, , Fire blast, Focus Blast, Hidden Power. Give it choice scarf.
Umbreon's moves: Moonlight, Curse, Baton Pass, Payback. Give it leftovers.
Ampharos' moves: Heal Bell/Signal Beam, Discharge, Hidden Power, Focus Blast. If you give it signal beam then give it choice specs; give it leftovers if you choose heal bell.
Togekiss' moves: Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost, Aura Sphere/Nasty Plot. Give it leftovers.
Bellossom's moves: Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain. Giga Drain should only be used if you're about to die, or sun isn't up. It will boost Bellossom's super poor speed and make Typhlosions attacks do much more. Give it Life Orb.
Milotic Moves: Surf, Recover, Toxic, Ice Beam. Give it leftovers.
Goodbye friends. My Pokémon drive is reaching zero, so I'm gonna go do other stuffs. Love you all. c:

Yep, this is what I based my team off of. I decided to break the mold of Specs or Disable, and when I saw this dude learned Giga Drain, I became inspired to do this.
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Drill Peck
Skarmory is Skarmory. He synergises decently with Gengar, and with this copy-and-pasted-from-Smogon set, he does... what he always does.
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Fire]
This is an extremely awesome Scrafty set, I love how he can sweep plenty even with only one Dragon Dance.
So, yeah, I need something to fill the last two slots, and I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head that is telling me that the existing members of my team could be better :/
Okay, so I'm makning an OU team based off of Gengar (because I can), and after getting four pokemon, I'm absolutely stumped.
Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Giga Drain
- Thunderbolt I prefer Tbolt for the accuracy
- Focus Blast Otherwise looks good

Your team has excellent synergy, and is just good overall. You could choose whomever you want. You might want something to counter weather, and Rotom-W fits the bill pretty well.
Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf/Whatever you want
Timid
252 Speed and Sp. Atk
Levitate
-HP Ice
-Thunderbolt
-Hydro Pump
-Trick/Volt Switch
Basic Rotom-W. HP Ice is for Dragons, and Hydro Pump and Tbolt are for coverage/ taking out pokemon that gain from weather. You could also choose the bulky variant if you want.
Frankly, I can't think of anything else that would be helpful. You can choose literally any pokemon you want for this team.

That is my team so far. I really want to have a Rapid Spinner and Stealth Rock support. I might switch Ferrothorn to Forretress because they are very similar. If I don't use Forretress, I would probably want someone like Donphan, Starmie, or Tentacruel.
I am a Christian and proud of it! Copy and paste this if you are too.

First, I would drop Chandelure and use Heatran as a replacement. It fits nicely with the team typing-wise, provide you with a better check against Sun, and Stealth Rock Support.
As a team member, I would choose Xatu. While it isn't bulky, Xatu patches up two things that your team is vulnerable to: Ground and Fighting (factoring in the change from Chandelure to Heatran). If you are willing to use Xatu as your primary anti-hazards, go ahead.

I need help making an OU team. It's going to be focused around Kyurem. This will be OU, and I'd rather not do a Hail team if possible. Kyurems' set:
Kyurem@ Leftovers
Timid | Pressure
56 HP | 216 Spe | 236 SpA
~Ice Beam
~Draco Meteor
~Substitute
~Focus Blast
Sub Kyurem. With the EVs, it can Pressure stall Blissey and Chansey, especially with hazards up. Ice Beam and Draco Meteor for STAB (or Dragon Pulse), and Focus Blast for Steel coverage.
It is a good Pokemon, but what I really need is a hazards Pokemon, and a spinner as Kyurem hates hazards.

First, I would change Draco Meteor for Dragon Pulse fore the reason that the Special Attack drop is something that will for you to switch, defeating the purpose of this set.
So now this set is walled by Bulky waters and Jirachi. Chansey and Blissey still have to be addressed because Pressure stalling Blissey also eats away your PP in the process. In this case, I would suggest Bulk Up Breloom temporarily. After a Bulk Up, he can KO most of the Bulky waters in OU and heavily dent Jirachi, while also having the extra bonus of being immune to paralysis.
If you're looking for something with a bit more defensive synergy, the Magnezone would function decently. Although this leaves you even more helpless against the pink blobs, it allows you to perfectly kill a lot of the defensive steels that resist Kyurem's STABs. Furthermore, it can KO some bulky waters with STAB Thunderbolt.
For a Rapid Spinner, I would suggest Tentacruel. Toxic Spikes allows you to better deal with Chansey/Blissey and ease Pressure Stalling, while Rapid Spin removes the very hazards Kyurem doesn't like.
