New stall team (as well as my favorite playstyle), need changes if any and a last member. Cursed Body on Jellicent is to force switches, inflcting more Spikes damage.

    Jellicent (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Cursed Body
    EVs: 248 HP / 208 Def / 52 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Recover
    - Taunt

    Scizor (F) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - U-turn
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit

    Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost
    - Spikes
    - Brave Bird

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Seismic Toss
    - Toxic

    Tentacruel (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rain Dish
    EVs: 236 HP / 252 Def / 20 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Rapid Spin
    - Scald
    - Protect

I was thinking a sweeper of some sort to abuse the Spikes, possibly Rock Polish LO Terrakion, which demolishes Sand? Though I noticed this team can't really do much of anything to Skarm, so maybe Jolteon? IDK if Tentacruel's really necessary to this team. But then, I don't have Toxic Spikes, and can't really kill anything. And no, I'm not using SkarmBliss just because.. well, because. They fight weather really well.

^ never have a pokemon who works best in the sun on a rain team. Also, Plusle is sorely outclassed by Jolteon. Finally, look up EVs and natures for pokemon; they improve stats drastically.

    Ferrothorn:
    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Sassy
    252 Hp/196 Sp. Def/60 Def
    Stealth Rock
    Leech Seed
    Protect
    Power Whip/Gyro Ball
Stalling Ferrothorn. EVs for Bulk, and as you have mostly pokemon with high Defense, he has mostly Sp. Def. SR is for even more hazards, Leech Seed forces switches/heals you, Protect is obvious, and Gyro Ball/Power Whip so you aren't Taunt bait.

First, you're saying toe as in the thing attatched to your foot. Not to....
    Second, It's Minun. Not Munin....
Third, you can't get these Pokemon until much later in the game.
Four, you have two different weather starters on the same team. There's no point in doing so. Either focus on one or the other.
Five... What's with Spiritomb? It doesn't work with either of them... It's just there...
six.... You could replace the Drizzletoed and Minun and Spiritomb with something or Spiritomb, Ninetales and Leafeon with something...
Ferrothorn's good for Rain. As well as something with Swift Swim. Then for Fire I guess a Pokemon like Chandelure or somethigh with Chlorophll... Sadly, most of them are counter productive. Sawsbuck maybe... Then there's always Volcarona which is fun.
    That's it for me...

I kind of think Toxic Spikes is redundant if you have a Blissey with Toxic. I understand Blissey can die, but she's bulky... And besides, it's much faster and easier to use Toxic isntead of set up two layers of Toxic Spikes. I think your team could benefit from a Drizzletoed. You have Tentacruel with Rain Dish yet no Rain Dance on your team? It could also help with Scizor's x4 and Skarm's fire weakness. However, a lot of your team would suffer from Thunder abuse, however, most people go with T-bolt to avoid the possible hax and usually only pack it if they're using a rain team as well. A stealth Rock abuser that would be good could be Forretress. It'll get at least something up if it's used on the first turn and isn't targetted by both Pokemon in a double battle or all three in a triple due to Sturdy. Can't really abuse Stealth Rock though...
Aggron, Crustle, Tyranitar, Pawniard can all abuse Rocks and Polish. Crustle can even Shell Smash which is a little better.

In my expreince phaze teams do not work without stealth rock. a large portion of the game is flying/levitating+balloons, so spikes 8s less feared. dragonites and rotom-w's still take something from rocks at least.

Dragonite can abuse Rain a lot!

    Dragonite
    Multiscale
    Timid
    4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
    @Life Orb

    Thunder
    Dragon Pulse/Aqua Tail
    Hurricane
    Roost

Both your Hurricane and Thunder get 100% accuracy. Dragon Pulse is for STAB but Aqua Tail gets a boost in the rain. It also helps against Rock Types in a Sandstorm. They get a 50% Sp Def boost in the sand so you're just going to go for their unboosted Defense Stat. Then Roost is for Recovery after your Life Orb deals recoil. It's also useful for avoiding possible Blizzards, Ice Beams, etc.

Then there's always Swft Swimmers. I don't know if you are going by the usual rules or not but I always see a Kingdra and a Ludicolo on a rain team when I did the one wifi tournament. If you want to diversify you could use Pokemon that are x4 weak to fire since their power is weakened during the rain like the ever so useful wall known as Ferrothorn. With Ferrothorn you could also go with Jellicent, another wall. When combined with a Pokemon that can use Surf it becomes a deadly yet slow force.

    Ferrothorn
    Iron Barbs
    Careful/Sassy
    252 HP/128 Def/128 Sp Def
    Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

    Gyro Ball
    Power whip
    Leech Seed
    Spikes

Most Pokemon on weather teams I don't believe fly or float so Spikes is viable. Then there's Leech Seed which is reliable recovery. Gyro Ball is good since you're slow and Power Whip is a powerful STAB

    Jellicent
    Water Absorb
    Bold
    252 HP/4 Def/252 Sp Def
    Leftovers/Absorb Bulb

    Water Spout
    Recover
    Night Shade
    Energy Ball/Will-O-Wisp

Water Spout is a super strong STAB and partnered with someone who can use Surf it's deadly because you can get recovery. If you use the above Dragonite or even the Politoed and pair it up with this Pokemon you can replace Scald and Aqua Tail with Surf. It's stronger than Scald and more reliable than Aqua Tail. Now, I'm not so sure if the Absorb Bulb works if you're hit while you ahve Water Absorb, but if it does work you're just making your Water Spout even better. Recover is also reliable recovery. Night Shade is super powerful and Energy Ball can supply coverage while Will-O-Wisp can force switches or cripple physical sweepers which would threaten your weaker defense.

Another good thing in the rain is the Volt-Turn stradegy. You could have a Choice Band Scizor and a Choice Scarf Rotom-W. Rotom could also have Thunder in case you want to predict they're going to use a fire move and instead hit them with a 180 BP never missing Electric move. Hydro Pump is also an option if they're resistant to Electric moves. Scizor can also be a little different. You could use the other common stradegy with Scizor which is Technician and Priority abuse.

    Scizor
    Technician
    Jolly/Adamant
    4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    @Choice Band/Flying Gem

    Bullet Punch
    U-Turn
    Double Hit
    Acrobatics

The Flying Gem moveset allows more diversity, however, the Choice Band set allows more power.

    Rotom-W
    Levitate
    Timid
    4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
    @Choice Scarf

    Hydro Pump
    Volt Switch
    Thunder
    Trick

This set has a lot of potential. Although two electric moves isn't good, but they work so well.

If all of the teams you're going against have something to do with weather, I'd also keep a bug type with a strong Bug-Type move for Abomasnow. You should also keep some kind of Pokemon to take down Ninetales, Hippowdon, and Tyranitar. They're all easily taken care of by water moves and Tyranitar's mroe common than Hippowdown so Ground Moves could work too.

Other Pokemon that could work are Milotic and the Toxic Orb/Flame Orb+Marvel Scale for another wall or you could go with the Hydration+Rest stradegy.

    Jellicent (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Cursed Body

    Scizor (F) @ Choice Band

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell

They fight weather really well.
stall happens to be my new favorite too! anyway, you only have one phazer, and its weak to special attacks. to remedy this, i suggest umbreon, the same one i posted in my rmt. check it out. umbreon has good synergy with this team, taking psychic attacks aimed at tentacruel, dark at jelli, and the rest of the team covering its weaknesses. itll leave you more special defensively oriented though.

Right, hold on! I was kind of thinking Tornadus as Modest/Timid with HP Ice, but Hammer Arm I think works better to smash Blissey and Chansey. I'm doing homework right now, so I'll update later.

It's also useful for avoiding possible Blizzards, Ice Beams, etc
never use multiscale and life orb. its useless. leftovers is a much better item.

    @Choice Band/Flying Gem

    Bullet Punch
    U-Turn
    Double Hit
    Acrobatics

The Flying Gem moveset allows more diversity, however, the Choice Band set allows more power.
i really like this set. very unique. that flying gem....linteresting....

Volt-Turn I'm not too interested in. Dragonite seems intersting:

    Dragonite@ Leftovers
    Rash | Multiscale
    200 SpA / 200 Atk / 108 HP
    ~Hurricane
    ~Dragon Tail/Outrage
    ~Thunder Wave/Thunder
    ~Earthquake

Nope. What is the point of HP Ice? To hit Mence/Dnite for x4 damage? That's the only benefit I see. Gliscor will fall to Specs Hurricane, and Hurricane hits harder than x2 HP ice. Mence will fall to a Hurricane, and Hurricane is a 2KO on Dnite, just like HP Ice would be.

I don't see where you're going with this Dnite.

Well I wanted the SpAtk Boost but still having versatility. I guess Lefties is best, but do you think, although it's not used often, Wiseglasses would work?
