Right, I've found 3 members of my team:

    Tyranitar@ Leftovers
    Sassy Nature (+SpD/-Spe)
    Trait: Sand Stream
    252 HP / 64 SpA / 192 SpD
Superpower | Ice Beam | Crunch | Fire Blast
My weather summoner, who works well with the team.

    Virizion@ Life Orb
    Lonely Nature (+Atk/-Def)
    Trait: Justified
    252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Atk
    Hidden Power {Ice} | Giga Drain | Close Combat | Work Up/Calm Mind/Swords Dance
My mixed attacker. I was going to go physical with a Jolly Nature, but I got this off the GTS. It works well with the team.

    Reuniclus@ Life Orb
    Quiet Nature (+SpA/-Spe)
    Trait: Magic Guard
    252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Def [0 Spe IVs]
Calm Mind | Recover | Psyshock | Focus Blast
My special sweeper, given the right amount of teamwork and timing. Works great with the team.

    Heatran@ Leftovers
    Bold Nature (+Def/-Atk)
    Trait: Flash Fire
    120 HP / 136 Spe / 200 SpA / 52 Def
Stealth Rock | Roar | Lava Plume | Hidden Power {Grass/Ice}/Earth Power
My gimmicky set which lets us take physical hits better, and lets us set up Stealth Rock.

Stealth Rock | Protect | Lava Plume | Toxic
My gimmicky set which lets us take physical hits better, and lets us set up Stealth Rock.
Making Heatran fully Special Defensive lets us make room for Physically Defensive Skarm.

    Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Brave Bird
    - Spikes
    - Roost
    - Whirlwind
Goodbye friends. My Pokémon drive is reaching zero, so I'm gonna go do other stuffs. Love you all. c:

I'm looking to build a LC Trick Room Team with Trapinch as one of the pokemon...
So far I have this for Trapinch
    Trapinch @ Life Orb
    Brave | Arena Trap
    168 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Def / 44 SpD
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Crunch
    - Quick Attack
.:. A set I pulled off Smogon because I didn't know where to start but I really liked Trapinch. It's meant as a trapper, so I'm still kinda looking for a mains sweeper who could use some help. Smogon also mentioned Choice Band as an item, which I figured I wouldn't use to keep the flexibility, though I might change it later if it doesn't KO enough.

Of course it's mean on a Trick Room team, so it'll need some Trick Room.
And I chose the one with the most utility, Bronzor.
    Bronzor @ Eviolite
Relaxed | ??? (it'd be physically defensive hopefully)
    - Trick Room
    - Stealth Rocks
    - Toxic
    - Gyro Ball
.:. Trick Room is the main set up, but since it can also use Stealth Rocks, thats always a plus. I figured I'd use Toxic to help stall or at least get some damage, and Gyro ball is for the unblocked STAB.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Solosis@ Eviolite
    Quiet | Magic Guard
    200 HP / 200 SpA / 60 Def (I'm not too sure about EVs)
    ~Calm Mind/Trick Room
    ~Recover
    ~Psychic/Psyshock
    ~Hidden Power {Fighting}

I never understood how you EV train a Pokemon in Little Cup, as they're level 5.

After not battle for so long, my ou team is most likely outdated. So first, I'm planning to use a salamence. Mainly because:
-It has 3 base states that are 3-digited, with one of them being in speed.
    -Switch-in Intimidate!
    -Dragon Dance

Here is the set I had in mind:
    @ Life Orb
    Nature: Naive
    Ability:Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Att, 252 Spd, 4 Sp.Att
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -EQ
    -Flamethrower

Life Orb for power boost, naive to outspeeed base 100, DD to set up and the rest for sweeping purposes and coverage. I avoided choice items and outrage as i feel it will make salamence predictable here.

Since its fire moves are specifically for scizor, ferrothorn and skarm, i chose flamethrower over fire blast because I have compared their power and found there is ultimately no difference whether they OHKO them or not.

However, with a Sp.Att-hindered nature, flamethrower may not OHKO scizor, but fire blast guaranteed so.

I'm not sure if should use lum berry instead of life orb as salamence hates staus, but if it's better, I would change dragon claw and flamethrower to dragon rush and fire blast respectively.

Here, for my team, I prefer a straight-forward sweeping with a little bit of set-up. I wanted to do none, but it'll means having to rely on choice items and life orb for a power boost.

This is what i need for mence:
    -Heatran for its synergy
    -Rapin-spinner against stealth rocks
    -Ghost-killer

You should try a Brozong with shaddow ball to get rid of ghosts because it has wonderful synergy with salamence.

    Brozongs resistances that help

    Resists Ice
    Resists Rock
    Resists Dragon

    Weaknesses
    Ground

    Salamences resistances that help

    Immune to Ground

    weaknesses
    Ice
    Rock
    Dragon

They cover for each other almost perfectly.

Slowpoke would be nice, but it's another Psychic type on my team... I would probably use him as more a trick room sweeper ish thing...

Try a scizor with baton pass, substitute, bullet punch, and u-turn. They will expect that it is choice banded with bullet punch so when you use substitute that will take them completely by suprise. Then baton pass it to Salamence for a late game sweep for the win.

Bronzong doesnt need shadow ball. Gyro ball with min speed will knock out any aggresivr ghosts except chandy, and toxic can wear down jellicent/coffarigus.

So, I just thought of putting Roserade in a core of Pokemon. I wish to have the team be a bulky offence/light stall team. I have decided on this set:

    Roserade @ Focus Sash
    Timid Nature [+Spe -Atk]
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
    {Natural Cure}
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Sleep Powder
    - Leaf Storm
    - HP Fire
        Spoiler:- Current Hunts:

    I have claimed Registeel!

What kind of core are you thinking of?
Defensively, you want to watch out for all Dragons and Fire types. That means you want Terrakion (if this is OU), or Nidoking (if this is UU). Is there anything else you can tell us about your team? Just one pokemon isn't that helpful.

It will be an OU core. It will be offensive minded, but I want a core with synergy type-wise and set-wise as well as the ability to hit most of the metagame for clean damage.

Making a new team. Based around SubSD Terrakion. To me, looks Scarf Terrakion weak. Magnezone to kill Scizor. Scizor as a Scarf Terrakion killer. Skarm to set up hazards.
    Terrakion @ Rock Gem
    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Substitute
    - Stone Edge
    - Close Combat

    Magnezone @ Leftovers
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Charge Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Fire]

    Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - U-turn
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit
    - Bullet Punch

    Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Spikes
    - Brave Bird
    - Roost
    - Whirlwind

Needs some stealth rocks, to remove multi scale dnites as a wall, and remove sturdy on skarm, as well as break a few other pokemon.

Perhaps dual hazard skarm, no BB?

I count 3 fire weaknesses I recomend Heatran or a Politoed to help with that.

    Heatran
    Nature Modest
    Flash fire
EV 252 Hp 252 S.atk or check smogon
    -Flamethrower/Fire blast
    -Dragon pulse
    -Earth power
    -Stealth rocks

    Politoed
    Drizzle

    Choice specs
    Nature Modest
    EVs 252 Speed 252 S.atk
    -Focus blast
    -Hydro pump
    -Ice beam
    -Hidden power Grass/Scald

    Stall
    Nature Bold
EVs 252 Hp 128 s.def 128 def or check smogon
    -Protect/Encore
    -Toxic/Hypnosis
    -Perish song/Protect
    -Scald

Politoed lets you use Thunder on Magnazone and reduce the damage your team takes from fire attacks but increase damage from water attacks.

Heatran is immune to fire and provides stealth rocks support and has good coverage.

    Anyone have any suggestions?
Solosis is a good Special Sweeper. Pineco can be useful for Entry Hazards. Same with Omanyte. Scraggy's good too. No DD but still useful as a wall and a sweeper. So... A Tank?
