This should be in the competitive rate my team with it's own thread it deserves it XD but have you actually got a Blaziken with speed boost if so then you can probably sweep every team with it if used correctly.

    252Atk 252Spe 4Hp
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance
    -Roost
seems like a good core but this is weak to bulky water types that's why I would reccomend:
    magnezone @ choice scarf
    modest
    252/252/4 sp.attack/speed/HP
    Magnet Pull
    -thunderbolt
-Flash cannon (I am pretty sure it 2HKO tyranitar and 0HKO terrakion)
-HP fire/ice (better fire for ferrothorn and scizor but HP ice is for overral coverage)
    -Volt switch

it will also eleminate skarmory who LOVE to switch to your dragonite

since you are terrakion weak and would want some stealth rock what about golurk? he is amazing now BW2 is out

    name: Support
    move 1: Stealth Rock
    move 2: Earthquake
    move 3: Ice Punch
move 4: Fire Punch / Shadow Punch/drain punch
    item: Leftovers
    ability: Iron Fist
    nature: Impish
    evs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 176 Def

directly from smogon except I slashed drain punch too.

if you like those two I will continue.
maybe the other two should be gastordon and heatran to counter rain and sun respectively, but heatran addsmore ground weakness so maybe not.. gastordon and amoongus work good.

I am trying to build at team around the supprise threat of Hone Claws Hustle Durant. With a base speed of 109 it can even outspeed Infernape and is the fastest steel type out there. Here is the set I want to use.

    Durant (F) @ Leftovers/Focus Sash
    Trait: Hustle
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - X-Scissor
    - Iron Head
    - Hone Claws
    - Thunder Fang/Stone Edge/Rock Slide

With hustle and one Hone Claws boost Durant reaches 713 Attack and with Jolly Nature and full Speed Ev's Durant gets a blistering speed for a steel type of 348. Iron Head and X-Scissor are for stab and have OK coverage. Not sure about the last move, Thunder Fang would be good for pokemon like Skyarmory and Politoed or the ever more present Moxie Gyrados, but Stone Edge/Rock Slide would give me the great coverage of rock type moves one with more power but less accuracy and the other with less power but more accuracy.

    Any suggestions for team mates?

I would go for rock slide as stone edge needs +2 to actually work well rocks slide at +1 is more reliable and it hits what it needs to hit.
mm good partners first option is politoed to take the fire weakness but of you don't want weathr a bulky wather type like vaporeon could do it also taking attacks on the weaker side.. heatran like always is a good parthner to every bug/steel.
I will go for life orb though less durability it nukes!

A priority user like infernape or conkeldurr could work well to kill obvious scarfers who will try to outspeed your durant.. a stealth rocker is a must cause durant is as frail as an ant and it should kill something as fast as possible you could try swampert as they have good synergy toghether durant can take on grass types and swampert on fire types (except ninetales and most chandelures). if you go for sash use tentacruel it also solves his weakness to fire and also is a fine spinner and have high sp.defense.

As usual Ilan is really really helpful. Ok what I gather from this is that I should try using an Infernape and Swampert with Rocks as a good synergy with Durant. I do like those two and prefer the Choice set myself. I already have a shinny flawless superpower Mudkip in my possession so I suppose getting the stealth rock set wouldn't be that hard. Thanks for the help Ilan, I would check it myself but Beldum Labs has been down for a month.

I've been trying to get into UU for the past month or so and I've come up with four sets that I really like and work great. They are all extremely offensive though. I've been playing around with various defensive Pokemon for the final two spots and haven't found anything I like. I've tried the following Pokemon somewhat extensively, but I've also included what I ultimately didn't like about them:

-Bronzong (lack of a recovery move, so it just gets worn down eventually)
-Chandelure (too similar to Darmanitan and shares the SR weakness)
-Cobalion (lack of a recovery move, so it just gets worn down eventually; I used a SpDef set)
-Crobat (lack of power, even with a custom EV spread, and hopelessly susceptible to burn)
-Flygon (too easily walled with scarf, too easily outsped without scarf)
-Heracross (too easily walled with scarf, too easily outsped without scarf)
-Nidoking (lack of a recovery move, so it just gets worn down eventually, and too slow)
-Rhyperior (he was pretty good actually; I used a Rock Polish set with some success)
-Slowbro (magnet for status, which completely shuts him down)
-Snorlax (a combination of the lack of good recovery and the magnet for status thing; I've tried to use Snorlax, I really have, but I just can't pull it off for some reason, so please don't suggest him)
    -Swampert (same as Snorlax)
-Togekiss (too slow, lack of power, lack of reliability, bad at clericing which is what I used it for)

I'm at wit's end trying to think of something for the last two spots. I'm completely out of ideas at this point. Nothing seems to work well. That said, I really like the four Pokemon I do have and I like playing UU. Any suggestions? Below is the rest of the team

    * * *

    Mienshao (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Hi Jump Kick
    - Fake Out
    - U-turn
    - Stone Edge

Really solid lead, really solid middle-game sweeper. It's a pretty standard set for UU. In OU it ran HP-Ice over Stone Edge and Naive over Jolly to hit Gliscor and Dragons, but that isn't a concern in UU. Hi Jump Kick is the go-to STAB attack with Stone Edge providing coverage. Fake Out is a good move to lead with, but sometimes the Life Orb recoil makes it not worth it. One common (and bad) tactic is to lead with something ridiculously weak to Fighting, and then switch into a Ghost-type to try and make Mienshao crash. Fake Out is a good thing to use to see how they're going to react if I suspect that will happen. If they switch, no harm no foul; if they don't, I get some free damage. U-Turn is mostly also just good coverage, but it can hit slower Psychic-types and stuff pretty well.

    Darmanitan (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Sheer Force
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Flare Blitz
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - U-turn

Basically just a standard set. Lots of people expect Scarf Darmanitan, but since Sheer Force negates the LO damage on Flare Blitz and Rock Slide, I can fake a choice set and get some nice surprise KOs against stuff that think I'm choice locked. The extra power is also really nice for wallbreaking. It works surprisingly effectively; you'd be surprised how many people fall for it.

    Zapdos @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Heat Wave
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Roost

Again, totally standard set. Just a good, all-around special sweeper. There's really nothing out of the ordinary here. LO for extra power, Thunderbolt for STAB, Heat Wave and HP-Ice for coverage, Roost to heal off LO damage. Everyone kinda knows how Zapdos works I think. There was a time I switched to Raikou running basically the same set, but I wanted power more than speed, so I switched back.

    Lilligant (F) @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Quiver Dance
    - Sleep Powder
    - Petal Dance
    - Hidden Power [Rock]

I know what you're going to say, and you're wrong, mkay? Lilligant is an absolutely phenomenal late-game sweeper. Come in when most or all of the stuff that could wall you is out of the way and sleep something, preferably the thing that worries you the most (Bronzong, Registeel, etc...). Quiver Dance ad nauseum and then sweep. Petal Dance is the powerful STAB, while Giga Drain is the longevity STAB; in my experience, the power is more useful, and Own Tempo prevents it from confusing itself with it. HP-Rock saves it from being walled by everything except Steel, but like I said, play it late-game and it is golden. On that note, did I ever tell you about the time this set set-up on and then proceeded to 2HKO a Registeel? Oh yeah... that's right.

    * * *

    Any suggestions?

^Well...FWG is a strong core to have in UU, so I would find a suitable Water type. Slowbro and Swampert don't work for you...how about Blastoise? It gives you a spinner, and is probably the only water type that would really help your team out. It checks Rhyperior who can sometimes sweep when Lilligant goes down. If you do this, make sure you run hazards in the last team slot.

If that doesn't work, use Azumarill. It has a powerful Aqua Jet to take out stuff, and reliable revenge kills Rhyperior.

Thanks I try to be as helpful as I can. infernape also takes skarmory which gives durant problems.

You could try it at pokemon online from experience, once LO durant get to +1 it will mostly beat half a team if the opponent doesn't have a stop to it. if you want espeon as a screener could be a fine choice also they have good synergy and durant can get screens which will greatly help him set up. getting espeon now it actually really easy since DW eevee is now an in-game gift.

@chaos blizzard if you want a wall with good recovery get a sleeptalk milotic does't care too much about status and isn't weared down , and you clearly underestimate scarf heracross he is one of the best pokemons in UU he is really fearsome and nidoking too he isn't a wall put life orb and see him sweep as long and you cause a switch, if you want nidoking use timid nature it have less punch but it will outspeed neutral base 95 speed.

I actually have a bunch of DW eevee's I bred earlier so I could do that. By the way when was a female DW eevee declared Legal? I got mine from some guy in Japan and have no idea if its hacked or not..... Ok I'm going to start testing this team on PO and probably just slap on some other pokemon for testing and figure them out later but for now that is really really helpful, thanks man =)

I thought all the ones there were male? And therefore not breed-able.

No. The Eeveelutions from a separate event were male-only. The Pokémon Café event was available from 25th May last year in Japan, and featured a DW area containing Eevee.
