I think you've completely missed the point of the thread altogether, considering the only game you listed wasn't above 100 hours.
Monster Hunter Tri. I clocked well over 400+ hours on that, back in the day....
Call of Duty: World at War (X-Box 360). I clocked in over 600 hours on that game.
Other games would be:
Pokemon (Blue, Yellow, Gold, Crystal, Emerald, Diamond, Soul Silver, White)
Madden 12
Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3
Super Smash Bros (Original, Melee and Brawl)
Crash Bandicoot (Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash)
Spyro The Dragon
MLB 06 The Show
Star Wars: Battlefront 2
Super Mario Galaxy
Pokemon Stadium (1 & 2)
UFC Undisputed
That's off the top of my head right there which, unfortunately, is incredibly lame that I spent so much time playing video games. Oh well, can't do anything about it now.

Pokemon White Friend Code: 4856 6882 0897
Final Fantasy VIII only. Don't know why, it wasn't even that good.
Skyrim and Pokémon White are looking like they'll be clocking over 100 hours too, but not any time soon.
Many RPG's such as the Dragon Quest series and Pokemon (of course). Plan to take a crack at the Final Fantasy series sometime soon.

Not many for me. Pokemon Sapphire and Platinum, Skyrim, and Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl.
Dragon Quest VII. And that's just the main story.
Also:
Pokemon Emerald
Pokemon Diamond
Devil Survivor Overclocked
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (I don't have official numbers in front of me, but I beat that game a couple dozen times during my lifetime. One time I got 100% completion in one sitting)
EDIT: And Final Fantasy IV I guess. I've played it on so many different consoles that it definitely adds up to 100 hours. SNES, PS1, GBA, DS, and PSP. It's not my favorite game, but it's my "comfort" RPG that I can play over and over again and not get bored of even though I have the story memorized off by heart.
Let's Survive.
Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod and Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 (despite the latter being a buggy piece of ragequit fuel) are the ones that Steam says I've had. (Between Left 4 Dead and L4D2 I've racked up 100 hours on that series). For other things... I'll have to check, but I can guarantee I've pissed away at least 100 hours on Pokemon White.
Every Main series Pokemon game that I've really enjoyed. These being Fire red, Pearl, HG and White
Skyrim!
Civilization 5.
Edit: corrected myself about the pokemon games,

Unfortunately, I am lazy, thus I cannot be bothered to make and interesting signature.
For compensation, here is a picture of a duck...
There is no duck, for you do not deserve a picture of a duck.
Pokemon White, Xenoblade, Monster Hunter Tri, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance are the only non-MMO titles I can think of that have taken up that much of my time.
I feel like the only person who has Skyrim and hasn't 100+ed it yet. Then again I do have better things to do these days than play video games.like post on a Pokemon forum
Besides the Pokémon games, Super Smash Brothers (all three) come to mind. Maybe Mario Party and/or Diddy Kong Racing, it's hard to keep track of time on those games. But other than that, I don't play a lot of video games, even the ones we have. So yeah.
And I don't even have that much of a life...
