    Too bad it doesn't.
Actually, I've been seeing CB Terrakion a lot more now.

+2 Cloyster outspeeds Scarf Terra, At least when I use it, I run EVs to make it outspeed Scarf Terra.

Politoed or ninetails definitely. They changed the metagame drastically. Dragonite got a new toy also...

I use 252 Spe Adamant Cloyster. He is at about 480 Speed after Shell Smash.

I also use 252 Spe Jolly Terrakion who would be at about 510 Speed.

    But that's just me.

Also, this doesn't exactly matter, but I think "Terra" is reserved for Torterra.

Maybe instead of arguing over which Pokemon should be added to the OP, we could just talk about what improved, hmm?

Anyhow, here's a few Pokemon that I think have actually improved a lot that aren't in the OP, in alphabetical order.

        Spoiler:- Pokamanz:

Yep, so take from that what you will. :P

I'm surprised Charizard has not been mentioned yet. Even though, it is currently RU, it is a very powerful threat in OU. Solar Power lets it fire off extremely strong Fire Blasts in the Sun and the Choice Specs and even Scarf set is definitely not a joke and should not be taken lightly.
Witness the truly awesome power of my claimed Gyarados.

    Gyarados used Epic Awesomeness!
    It's super effective!
The foe lost OVER 9000% of its health!

    It gets roost.

I forgot to mention blaziken/combusken. They are awesome. I use combusken in ou. It works and nobody expects it. The only real problem is gyrados. But after 2 sd's up, it can ohko defensive politoed with brick break.
Vaporeon is kinda an issue also...

    Hippowdon too...dragonite...but that's when I switch.

perhaps you can divide the list in the op so that more pokemon can be mentioned? Some pokemon improved and deserve mention, but they didn't improve nearly as much as others have (for ex. the pokemon who gained from eviolite haven't really skyrocketed in use the way politoed or ninetales have)
PM or VM me for more trade info

I forgot about Alakazam. It has jumped up and is not just chillin' behind Gengar as a strong offensive spA'ing pokemon. He is very frail so the Magic Guard sparing him as much HP as he can from Life Orb and the common Sandstorm damage save him greatly. Not to mention Psyshock's introduction no longer gets him walled by you special walls.

In lower tiers, Qwilfish got a very nice buff. It basically went from not having a serious analysis to almost UU. Intimidate allows it to counter the many Fighting-types in RU, like Primeape, Hariyama, and Medicham, and checking Feraligatr with Haze. It's one of the few RU Pokemon that get both Spikes and Toxic Spikes (the others being Scolipede, Roselia, and Omastar), which gives it a niche on stall teams, as it also has access to Taunt to stop Clefable which is otherwise the bane of them.

Multiscale really made a dragonite a more serious contender. Especially certain bulky sets that can take a lot. Other pokemon that take advanced of eviolite have improved a lot too, like Chansey.

Talking about Solar Power Charizard, which cant legally uptain Roost because its a 4gen move, with no TM to teach it and you cant breed it on to a dw one because its only male

Roost with SP Charizard can be hard to deal with however there's it doesn't take the weakness to rocks.

SP charizard is released, but only male ones. so a SP can't get any egg moves or 4th gen moves.

That's what I thought, and surprisingly I saw it a lot on triple battles on random wifi.

Even if it had roost, DW Charizard is probably best to clean up the late game with a choice scarf.

    Not a fact ^

Feraligatr, Kingler, Cloyster, Gyarados, Kabutops, are some who didn't give a **** that they could have scald. Not to mention the water pokemon that could use scald alright but it didn't help there usage.
