it does not mean Im mad at any of u... but I am mad at whoever made emii feel like that -_- this is a clan of friends. No BULLYING OR ELSE EVERYONE WILL LEAVE. Volt switch/Hp fire/ flash cannon / thunderbolt.
You now got a bulky steel catcher faster then magnezone who maintains volt switch playability.

It was a choice between SD and Agility for me. Putting both would endanger his coverage... besides, the guy usually only gives long enough to get one setup in. It's usually better I reserve it for speed, for better sweeping.

Few actually know how great Volcarona can actually work in sand. Since it wears her down eventually though, I go for one Q-Dance then all-out offense with Shell Bell offsetting Sand's residual damage, every time she hits.
The best part? This one can work well in ANY weather.

You got some crazy sets man.
that's good but my suggestions are gonna amplify that.
Gliscor- drop that set completely. Run batman x style. Sandviel jolly score with flying gem. 40hp/252spe/rest in attack. Sub acrobatics earthquake swords dance equalls a super deadly Sweeper. That ice fang move just doesn't work today. Toxic heal? Not a true batman.
Scizor? From the looks of your playstyle you can use the custom ever ocha berry set. I don't have my comp or id tell you what they are.. or mixed defense roost/bp /uturn /sword dance iron plate set.
You like latios to set up? Then try the all mighty dd latios. Comes complete with dd outrage/dragon claw, Hp fire, and earthquake. Naive nature I think.. if you wanna run cm lari then go cm, Dp/dm, psyshock, thunderbolt/recover/surf. Your walled by blobs like gastro and bliss/chansey? Psyshock them. I would run lum berry with this set tho..
