I shorten the animation down and find a common number of frames between each gif because you should know, each pokemon.gif is different depending on who rendered them from a Game Emulator, so technically, there is no perfect animated userbar. hell, even I think my userbars aren't upto scratch anymore, I need more inventive ways to do them imo, but you always Pin me as a UB artist god, so what can I do :P

Oh I know exactly what you do. Sadly, this speeds them up(or deletes the rare animation), and I dont like it. I'd like there to be a way to do this without having to do that. Apparently there isn't. Adobe Fireworks might help, but I dont have that. The jerks at adobe took a lot of the gif functionality out of Photoshop when they went to CS3. I only got CS3 because of its compatibility with Maxon Cinema 4D(which I have).
And I always refer to you as such since dev had claimed you two were Jesus when it comes to UB's. Bad things happened when I denied that statement.
