Wouldn't it be better if it's the other way around? That way, you could use your both version exclusives without type overlap.

This is what they did in HGSS, which is why Groudon appears in SS.

Pinsir is usually version exclusive with Scyther, though.
Sorry for double posting, but Black Kyurem and White Kyurem are both Dragon/Ice. I ment it would make sense because it isn't overdoing types, but it would have a relation to the real Zekrom or Reshiram types.

I'll probably end up using Drifblim as my flyer. It was seen battling Meloetta, I think, so there's hope. If all else fails I can just catch one in White.

I'll probably end up using Pelipper as it stands. I think it has a versatile enough moveset and good enough stats to get me through in-game. Pretty happy with the team I have atm.

Really happy with the revealed Pokemon so far-- really hoping for the Jigglypuff, Whismur, and Drapion lines still. For some reason I'm really surprised they haven't officially announced that the Pikachu family's back... even though it's pretty much a given that they're in.

I really like Whiscash. Wasn't it in the Sinnoh Pokedex too?

I personally think Whishcash sucks, stat-wise and design-wise. If you want a Water/Ground type, Seismitoad all the way, because Quagsire also sucks design-wise.

As much as I like Seismitoad, there isn't much you can do with him moveset-wise. His stats are rather subpar by the late-game (even though he rules in the mid-game) and he doesn't have many powerful moves to use.
    Also, Quagsire's design rules
And you forgot about Swampert and Gastrodon, which both also rule
    See ya!

I don't like Quagsire that much. You are right though, I did forget Gastrodon and Swampert. Better than Seismitoad.

No kidding. Gyarados is so close to being broken, it's ridiculous.

By a longshot, yeah. Of course, in terms of BW2, we don't have any reason to believe those two will be options. And I like Seismitoad's design better than those two anyway

Gyarados really isn't that great, guys.

Especially not in the first three gens

I have a strong feeling that Milotic will be added in BW2 because of how the Prism Scale was introduced, but if it is I know I'll have a hard time deciding whether or not to have it or Mantine as my secondary Water type. I know that Mantine's water/flying typing gives it a disadvantage, but I know it's & Milotic's movepools are pretty good

I'm also considering adding Arcanine & Leavanny since I never used either of them before

Both Arcanine and Leavanny are great. I've used them both and was very pleased. Arcanine just rules and Leavanny's Bug-typing really sets it apart from some of the other Grass-types this gen.

Nope! There's the possibility that some Unova Pokemon won't appear here, although I doubt that some will be left out.

I don't see why all Unova Pokemon would not be in the Unova Pokedex.

It'd be more awkward for Unova to suddenly stop having the Pokemon only native to it and future regions than all these Pokemon from Eastern/etc Unova to start showing up naturally.
