I do not have the game, but my friend let me play the first 3 worlds. He also let me play Coin Rush, and I got more coins than him. I have to say, it is on the top of games I want.

New DLC that's going to be FREE until January 31st just came out. Yeah. Pretty damned good for DLC too, by the way. It might just be a retro course pack, but they added tons of things to the courses, with each course really having pseudo-remakes of at least three of the courses from each game.

I'm astounded by the thought that went into it. There's levels inside of levels.

Preety good. To me it looks like Mario 3D land.

The free new levels are pretty good. They'll keep me entertained for about 2 days, though.

Did anyone bother with 1,000,000 coin challenge?

Dark Pit isn't that bad of an inclusion, you'll get over it trust me.

I'm not actively trying to achieve one million. At the moment, I've got ~110,000. The retro pack that was released is pretty good for collecting coins and it's fun to play, so maybe that'll get me close to the million mark sometime.

edit: Make that 151,044. These levels are great.

Nope, and I don't plan to ever do so.

I may bother with it, when I have the time on my hands to do so, haven't touched this game in ages.
The most Superior Snivy. Left, good time here though. I loved this place.

Just got the game today and it is pretty fun. Only Coin Rush pack I got right now is the one for free. Hoping to get more when I get another eshop card.

Before this thread is put to rest for real, let me say that controls are slippery. And that's the only challenge in the game. The boss fights are piss easy, well maybe not the second, everyone else is straight forward.

Beg pardon? The controls are pretty solid. I didn't have a single issue with Mario moving in a way he wasn't supposed to.

If people can keep the inevitable remade levels as creative as the classics pack, I'll be okay with playing through 1-1 for eternity.

I've always wanted to design a Mario level.

If you can add bosses to the levels, my dream of having a level where you face all of the Koopalings, Bowser Jr., and Bowser, himself, all at the same time may finally become reality. Here's hoping that they allow that or something similar to happen.

The controls are fine to me.
Also so far I've considered Roy, Iggy and Wendy to have interesting battles. Roy's is piss easy but I like that he acts like a charging chuck. Iggy has his pet chain chomp that goes in random direction which while not hard I may lose a powerup in the process. Wendy I found to be interesting in that she doesn't use her wand at all and calls on cheep-cheep, I will say though that after she calls the cheep-cheep when the water receedes she leaves herself wide open. Larry's battle by far is the most disappointing battle in the game. Its almost as if he should have been the first boss again.
.
I am having a blast with the DLC that I bought. Nerve-Wrack, Platform Panic, Coin Challenge C, Mystery Adventures and Impossible packs are all interesting. I have managed to bet Platform Panic, Coin Challenge C, and Mystery Adventures Pack but having gotten the target goal yet. And after all these years of playing Mario games it is sad that Impossible pack is kicking my a**.
On Nov 21, 2010, I'm going on vacation. I'm going to a country to visit two friends and a grumpy oldtimer who are awaiting my return.

Just beat the impossible pack! I didnt't come close to the goal of 100 coins, though.
