People have been turned down from what area (for example the war division and vanguard division not everybody gets into) they want to be in, but I doubt anyone will be turned down altogether

Well.... To be honest with you, he didn't know much about competitive battling (tiers, synergy, roles), so yeah... If anyone wants tutoring, you should take a look at me and kenoshays conversation on my wall, it has some good stuff, if you have any questions I can help you out.
Actually, if you are really good at battling from the start you can join there. In fact I have been here since about page 2 or so, and I don't think anyone has moved up to vanguard

I think people have moved into the war division, but a lot of people don't think they are ready, or just haven't wanted to. I have battled the guys in the vanguard quite a few times (wins and losses against all but Tim, he is never on) and they are all really good. Their are few people that I have battled that are in the clan, that I believe are vanguard rank *Joepotato* cough
Plus the clan is still only 3 months old, that isn't a lot of time to improve

We have 7 gym leaders I think and 2 E4. We just need more E4 and we should be done. I think that Vatii is going to be an E4 on PO though. It would be her Ubers team though.

Thats perfect. Great to have you on board. As soon as we get one more gym leader and one more E4 member and we get the badges and banners done we can do them. Every person will request their banners individually but I would like to keep it to one requirement. It needs to be a 450 horizontal by 200 vertical banner (Those measurements are in Pixils) After you get your banner done send it to Grendal so he can work with Dragon to get the page done.
