Mew is no longer Ou, and a few pokes that were bl are now actually Ou. Those are the changes as far as I know

You mean Mew is no longer UU right? They bumped it up to OU. I forgot to mention that. Staraptor also moved to BL. He was OU. Not sure which moved from BL to OU though. I'm sure you pay a lot more attention to smogon than I do.
