What starter pokemon did you get?

In Blue I chose Bulbasaur and Pikachu in yellow ofcourse.

I picked all of them at various points (restarted a lot), although Squirtle was my favorite and the one I went with when I played for the first time.

I picked Eevee in Yellow. But it was taken from me before I could let it out of it's ball.

My first was Pikachu, as I got Yellow with the blue and yellow game boy color with Pikachu on it. I miss that thing.

But then when I got blue, I went and started with Squirtle.

I chose Charmander when my little sister let me Red, and I had Pikachu when I had Yellow.

My Red got damaged somehow, but I remember starting with Squirtle; it was the cutest to me and evolved into the Blastoise(a badass turtle with freaking double cannons coming out of it's shell. I'll take it over Charizard any day).

In Yellow I kept Pikachu even though it was a struggle to use late-game with it being unevolved and not having the stats to compensate like Snorlax or Lapras. It was based on the anime so I wanted to do an Ash type team even though I can't stand the kid(I even named my character Ash).

Charmander, but honestly it was the only gen where I it actually felt like I had a choice...Cause seriously, I'm never gunna pick Chikorita over Totodile or Cyndaquil, or Turtwig over Piplup or Chimchar
