Was gonna do these for my shop.. Until they're actually hard to do x_x took me 2 hours.
The stars were actually brushes.



You'll get it why they have those PKMN if you watch both PKMN and Slayers.


Yes, looks like its a hack. I actually MM'ed a shiny Swablu in SS.

It'd take forever to comment on everything haha,

but overall I'd say while its mostly simple stuff, you do it pretty well. No color choice/shades are ridiculous or hurt the eyes, animations are fluid, etc.

Only thing that I see that needs some work are the mugshots. Mainly the hair, as some lack shades, like the middle one, and some have too drastic of change between shades, particularly the last one's highlights.

Good job overall though! As a side note, that animated cotton sudowoodo mesmerizes me...

Something else to work on would be the shading in and around your custom trainer sprites. This tutorial more or less has a visual representation of how to shade in fabrics. Make sure to not use the standard colours programmed into paint / photoshop / GIMP and to use shaded outlines.

But I used the Gen 5 Repeat ball sprite as it got the wobbly sprite, unlike in Gen 4, nya~

I decided to make it since I'm quite getting the hang of making sprites

It's animated btw.. so please wait when the words appear XD

Each character will have 3 parts... the only thing I'm stuck on are the text.. I hafta do every single letter -_-

This is the 'before the battle sequence'
Part 2 is the battle and part 3 is when he's defeated.

I basically used Erika and Bugsy's Gym room and spiced it up :3

The exit is that green platform from Sabrina's room.


I still need to do the rest.. wherever did my free time went? XD

Used Whitney's sprite of SS for the base.


Yep, I fixed it, the official sprite.
Whats the prob with it ye say? The strap-bag on her right thigh is missing on the first few frames, that's what so I fixed it
I also fixed some bits and pieces on it aswell.

These are absolutely lovely. The ONLY thing that immediately jumps out at me as needing a little fix is the phanphy because the nose looks a bit cut off when it moves.

Jasmine is the base sprite and I edited 4 frames. Funny, coz the VA of Jasmine in Johto was Filia's VA.

I know her skirt is longer but.. Neh, don't want to edit more.
