On their way to Iccirus City, Ash & Co. bump into a trainer who maintains he has the strongest Pokémon. It turns out that this trainer is the original trainer of Ash's Tepig, who discarded Tepig, thinking it was weak and not worth training. Ash gets angered by this attitude and decides to challenge him using Tepig in a Double Battle to prove him wrong. Will Tepig be able to show his previous trainer how strong it is, or will that trainer turn out to be right?

The episode starts off with Ash and co. walking along a path during a sunset.

Now they're in a battle club, Suwama is battling some guy with a Mienshao and a Watchog.

Mienshao has Drain Punch.

Emboar has Hammer Arm.

Suwana looks like has the same facial expressions as evil Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh, that's where I've seen the sulk-en/creepy eyes, with that dark line that appears above his eyes whenever he has some sinister thought running through his mind.

What was Suwana lecturing that poor other trainer about?

Iris is so pissed at Suwana! Poor Tepig, he's so oblivious to the fact that Suwana is a total prick. What a jerk, throwing poor Tepig. "It's Judgement Time!" I so love Cilan right now. Iris is not having it at all, lol.

Poor Cilan's judging time ended in a 3-way stare-down at him. I so love Snivy for sticking her neck out here. She's awesome. Poor Tepig, he looks like he could just bury his head in the sand. This flashback memory is so sad, even after being released, so happy to be near Suwana. How can you not cry in this scene.

Wow, Snivy's really wanting Tepig not to give up, and to fight, going so far as to slap him.
