Recently I raised my White team to level 100, First being my Galvantula, followed by Scrafty, Serperior, Carracosta, Seismitoad, and Braviary, in that order.

My first level 100 overall was my Sceptile, but my first level 100 on B/W... I actually don't know if I bothered to train one that high yet. My priority was level 50 for the VGCs.

It was either Reshiram or Shaymin on Black, I can't remember. I trained them to level 100 so they could learn their special signature move, no other reason.
