    Tyranitar
    Item Leftover
    Nature Impish/Careful/Adamant
    Ability Unnerve
    Move Set
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Crunch/Payback
    Dragon Dance/Curse
Stone Edge for a very powerful STAB move, also it has high critical hit ratio and high base power
Earthquake give a lot more coverage for Tyranitar, also it has high power and high accuracy
Crunch and Payback has STAB, use Crunch if you use Dragon Dance, use Payback if you use Curse
Dragon Dance to gain Speed and Attack which help Tyranitar to have more Speed or Curse for more Attack and Defense
Leftover to gain Tyranitar HP by 1/16 every turn

    For Garchomp
Use Stone Edge instead of Fire Fang for more coverage, also it has more power and Earthquake already cover Steel, except for Levitate Steel type Pokemon.
    Hope this help

well i was planning on just playing around with different teams to see which works best any reccomendations ? and the only reason i dont have stone edge on anything is because of the accuracy i hate missing at crucial times which ALWAYS seems to happen haha

Stone Edge only have 10 accuracy than Rock Slide and Tyranitar need high base power move. For Garchomp Stone Edge give a lot of coverage for Garchomp and Stone Edge doesn't have that much chance to miss, it has only 20% to miss. Stone Edge also has a combo with Earthquake, it was called QuakeEdge, which means it should give a lot of coverage.
    Hope this help

Rock slide works for doubles since it hits both enemies. Tyranitar should at least have Earthquake over Thrash, It can also get both Outrage and Dragon dance from breeding but outrage is beaten by stab stone edge for power and ties with crunch for power after Stab. The rest are good but Blissy really should have either a more offensive set or Seismic toss and toxic. Here are some sets you can use.

    Tyranitar Jolly/Adamant
    EVs Atk 252, Speed 252, Hp/Def/S.def 6
Ability Sand Stream Item Leftovers/Lum Berry/Chestro berry
    Moves
    -Rock slide/Stone edge
    -Earthquake/Outrage/Rest
    -Crunch/Pursuit
    -Dragon Dance

Dragon Dance Tyranitar. Earthquake is better then outrage but Outrage hits levitater(both Crunch an Rock Slied do this better so I really don't recommend Outrage.) Crunch for raw power Pursuit to destroy fleeing Ghost and Psychic types. Rock slide for Doubles, flinching, and Accuracy. Stone edge for raw power. Rest is used with a chestro berry to give it a secound chance to continue fighting.

    Blissy#1 Nature Bold/Calm
    EVs Hp 252, Def/S.def 252, Speed/Def/S.def 6
    Ability Natural Cure Item Leftovers
    -Toxic
    -Wish/Rest
    -Seismic toss
    -Heal bell

Standered support Blissy. Wish to heal itself and teammates, Heal bell to get rid of status on Teammates, Toxic and Seismic toss to deal damage. Seismic toss is a 3rd gen move tutor move. Rest with Natural Cure can put Blissy to full health but you lose out on Wish support.

    Blissy #2 Nature Modest/Calm/Bold
    EVs Hp 252, Def/S.atk/S.def 252, Speed/S.atk/Def/S.def 6
Ability Serene Grace Item Leftovers/Lum berry
    Moves
    -Thunderbolt/Thunder
    -Ice beam/Flamethower
    -Wish
    -Heal bell/Substitute/Calm mind

Offensive support Blissy use Calm mind and wish every so often to keep blissy healthy or power it up. Use Thunderbolt/Thunder to Paralyze or Ice Beam/Flamethrower to hopefully Freeze/Burn the opponent. Serene Grace gives Thunder 60% chance of Paralyses, Thunder bolt 20%, Flamethrower 20% chance of Burning, And Ice beam 20% of Freezing.

thanks redcharzard for the excellent reply.
and i agree with you i made a dumb mistake tho and didnt think of breeding my tyranitar with DD for some reason
as for blissey i couldnt find a seismic toss chansey and have no access to 3rd gen. I was looking to go more with the 1st blissey set but, with the blissey i have now the 2nd move set makes more sense.
one question i have tho is how do i get wish on my chansey is it another 3rd gen move or ?

Well this is annoying news and it screws up some of my plans for Blissy. Wish is a Gen 3rd special event move smogon doesn't mention this! Sorry go for either Rest if it has Natural Cure or Softboiled if you have Serene Grace. Wish should really be an egg move for Chansey.

No dragon pulse on Milotic. It's exactly the same as Ice Beam, wasting a perfect (fine, not so great) spot for an extra move.
you could go for Aqua Ring + Protect/Substitute instead.

BTW go see my new trade shop!!
