Yeah it's probably your Wi Fi Key that's the problem; it has to be a WEP Key in order to work.

So can you give me a way to fix it?

Yeah you have to log into your Wi-Fi Router using your Account User Name and Password and change the Key to a WEP.

Haven't changed it,i don't really know those kind of stuff,i'm still a kid .in my time,it's already 23:40 so i will ask my dad to change it tomorrow.THANKS a lot
