Um she is a champoin in the games, logic would tell me that you need to collect badges to be champion and it wouldn't be that difficult to have her and Ash collect badges.

And yes he can be a Dragon Master and Champion at the same time.

Once again it would get horribly boring and repetitive to have her face the same gyms as Ash. I doubt there will be more than 8 gyms next region and that they will bother having them face anime-only gyms.

Iris is more than likely staying in Unova after the series is over and becoming Drayden's apprentice.

Which is why they have her challange anime only gyms(since we know there are many of them) and only have her like battle two if the same gyms as Ash.

They aren't going to use anime-only gyms on a main character as those gyms wouldn't advertise the games at all. Which is the whole purpose of the show.

Not really. As the people in charge of the show are mostly interested in marketing for the show. So showing gyms that are not in the actual games would mean squat for them.

Ok I'm giving an alternative which wouldn't be that impossible lol.

And the gym battle episodes tend to be the most watched episodes so if anything it would make them more money.

It would also be horrible and repetitive to have Ash travel through Kanto again also but no one seems to mind that. I however, don't see with just giving her her own mini competition instead of badge collecting. She doesn't need to collect badges to be a dragon master. She can already read their minds.

My point about the badges are if they decide to do something with the champion route.

About why Serperior/Jalorda was so strong in the Junior Cup, the rason about it is because Trip/Shooti wants to beat Alder/Adeku. Is generally asumed that Trip/Shooti knows about the Junior Cup long before the tournament started. And is obvious that Trip/shooti is training Serperior/Shooti during a long time just to defeat Alder/Adeku. Because that, Trip/shooti defeats easily any oponnent including Ash/Satoshi and Cilan/Dent during the Junior Cup causing a big problem to Ash/Satoshi for the upcoming Pokemon League. And because we know that in the games Serperior/AJlorda is fast, Trip's Serperior/Shooti's Jalorda is portrayed to be super-fast. But when Trip/Shooti fought against Alder/Adeku, Trip/Shooti forgot one thing, that one of the Bouffalant/Buffron abilities (a standard one), Sap Sipper, ability that make Bouffalant/Buffrom inmune to Grass attacks and in the process is boosting his attack. And because Alder/Adeku is a Champion, Alder/Adeku defeats Trip/Shooti easily.

You need to beat the league to officially challenge the Champion so yes you kind of do lol.

Haven't we seen twice a character challenge the champion before collecting all the badges? Plus, they could easily go the route the games went, and have her be recommended for the role.
