OK, so I see we've been losing members. However, do not fear, this won't be the reason I have made the following decision.

I have decided to close this thread due to us not really caring about it.

Sure, maybe I did, keeping up with the OP in recent times since the departure of our beloved blue harvest. She, however, is no longer here. She also didn't care what happened to Team America, as long as she is away from serebii, she would be happier. She is the creator of Team America, I am one who helped her create it, as is everyone's favorite lucs99, aka montresor. I honestly felt our time dwindling on serebii once she resigned everything.

Now, as anyone reading this may have noticed, our xat is one of the most lively, if not the most lively, of the serebii guild xats. This, too, was a factor in this decision. The xat is so active it kinda defeats the purpose of a thread. Plus, it's not like we were actively battling or doing guild stuff anyways, mainly sitting on xat, chilling, talking about whatever, and playing whatever. Team America has become a xat guild, a hangout for serebii's finest and once finest, and also a place where smogonites come and visit, too. We're kind of a meld of both serebii players and smogon players, something that is rather interesting. Of the few guilds I've been in, I'd have to say this guild was a little more interesting, hosting big names from both serebii and smogon. We've also gotten to the point where many of our regular xat members don't use the forums anymore.

If you're asking, what will become of the xat? Absolutely nothing. It'll be there and I'll have a better grip on who I can mod and can't mod; being on serebii dictates that, allowing to mod only guild members. Does that mean we'll be overrun with mods again? I don't think so, it'll probably be anyone I can trust. As long as the xat lives, so will Team America. As long as we still have most of our active xat users, Team America will still be around.

My final words from TA to serebii is the following. Thank you for the great year and a half you put up with this clan and guild hogging most of the war team talent on serebii. Will this cause a disbursement of talent from us to other guilds? It is not up to me, it is up the individuals with what they want to do. To my understanding, we're the major roadblock in the way of the Guardian Cup, the first of which we shall forever hold with pride, joy, and honor. It was a tough fight to the top, yet we prevailed. I think it's time serebii adds a guild to this circle and let it not forever be held by the clan that Team America was over a year ago. To the guild Dracaena, of whom many of us are alumni, we thank you for your support and wish your life on serebii remains as prosperous as it always has. To the guild Creamery Command, thank you for your support and kindness. You were truly a great rival guild in both instances of Team America. To the mods that moderate or have moderated the guild forum in the time of our existance, thanks for having tolerance with us at the times when we spammed the heck out of the thread. To any clan that has warred us, thank you for warring us and keeping us active as a guild.

As to the guild members, present and past, thank you for making this one of the most awesome clans/guilds ever to exist on serebii. I thank you all for your loyalty and your kindness. You were the thing that made this guild so great. You were the gears that kept it going, gears powered by each of your individual personalities. Sure, we had haters, but we also had lovers. We've also had personal issues with each other, but the resolutions we've made have made each of us stronger as a person outside of the internet. I hope to see you all around the xat still!

As for me, I don't think I'm done with serebii guilds, they've been a fun hobby for me (dang it sena, one of these days i'll keep my word about that), and I shall remain active on serebii. I'll be modding a few more people in the xat and may add a main owner or 2. So, this is your president of the glorious Team America saying: I'll see yall on xat!
