What you see here is something called "gcontrols." This allows us owners to set who can do what. Yes, a member can be able to kick someone if the option is on. A moderator can make someone a moderator. A member can make someone else a member.

So, why aren't we, the xat owners, forcing our opinions onto yall? As miror would say, we're not a totalitarian state yet. Thus, we want YOUR opinion on what we can do!

Right now the rewards i'm trying to add is the ability for people to have access to whatever group powers I have assigned. HOPEFULLY i'll get an answer soon!
