Hometown/Region: Port Slatewood/Hoenn

Appearance: So as to blend in somewhat, Tobias changed his clothing habits to grey sweatpants and a blue shirt (he is only willing to compromise so much). He wears a hat with a protrusion in the front to protect his eyes from the sun and running shoes specially made for him he got just before leaving Hoenn. He wears a braided vine bracelet on his right arm and gloves that are designed to increase traction to help increase grip. The gloves were a gift from his father to help him avoid falling from the trees he liked to climb outisde Port Slatewood.

Tobias is a muscular boy with a permanent tan. His hair is dark blond and ear-length and it is somewhat spiky and messed up on top but straight on the bottom. His eyes change color ranging from a greenish color to a blue and a grey. He is very tall, standing at six feet and two inches, and weighs 170 pounds. He is very fit from his childhood, and it shows in the way he moves.

Personality: Tobias is the kind of person who walked along the monkeybars as a child. He is adventurous and curious and seeks out different ways to pass a test or conquer a challenge than most people do. He enjoys testing his physical and mental abilities. He prefers to leap right into a situation and if it doesn't work out, just try again until he gets it right. Even though he seems to project a jungle simpleton attitude for people around him, he is actually quite smart and could think his way out of a situation if he felt like it. He nevers does however. "Where's the fun in that!" He would say.

He is very compassionate and will happily help out people in any way he can. When he finds himself unable to help when he feels he should, he feels guilty for several days until he makes it up to himself by going out of his way to help someone else.

He will not seek out other people to converse or socialize with, having not had any specific need for much companionship. Spending a lot of time in the forest outisde Slatewood, Tobias developped an appreciation for solitude and moments of calm even though he prefers action to rest.

History: Tobias was born in Fortree three months before his parents moved to Port Slatewood. His parents think his affinity for nature and the trees may have come from his first three months of life, spent in their tree house in Fortree. His father works as a safety inspector for the boats that were completed and his mother runs a shop which sells things she gets from the forest such as berries, roots and maps as well as on occasion, information to trainers about the population of various pokemon.

When he was 11, Tobias noticed a Treecko following him about when he went for adventures in the forest. For the next four months that seperated him from his twelfth birthday, he consistently noticed it almost each time he went out. One week after his birthday, he jumped it and wrestled it to the ground and then, once it gave up, he fed it some berries he had gathered. After that the two became friends and would meet to share some berries. He officially captured it with a pokeball he got his dad to obtain six months later.

When he turned fourteen, he decided to become a pokemon breeder and set out to Mauville city three months later to find someone to help him get started on his journey. Two months before his sixteenth birthday, he returned home to Slatewood for the first time since leaving approximately two years ago. A week after his birthday, he overheard two sailors talking about the Silver Town Campaign. He decided to get a ticket to Johto in order to test his skills as a breeder.

Other: Tobias has a prepared alias of "Harrison Falkon" or "Falky". Tobias' family is fairly well off for the place they live thanks to their good jobs so they could afford to give him a fair bit of money as well as decent supplies when he left for Tohjo. It also doesn't hurt that breeders are fairly well payed, even when they're just starting. Tobias' nickname is Toby.

Gender: Male

Pokémon Appearance: Treecko has well developped arm and leg muscles from his time in the trees with Tobias. He also wears a braided vine bracelet Tobias made for him on his right arm.

Pokémon Personality: Treecko is more calm than Tobias and often acts as a voice of reason when Tobias is acting foolishly. Sometimes however, it releases its cool exterior and shows its true, happy, self. Treecko is completely loyal to Tobias and would face a Blaziken or even a mythical Groudon to protect him.

Pokémon History: One day, on it's normal routine, Treecko noticed a human boy swinging from the trees like a Grovyle. Intrigued, Treecko decided to follow the human. He discovered that it came to the forest almost every day. One such day, he was suddenly tackled by the human. He was so shocked that he barely fought back while the human pinned him to the ground. Unable to break free, he capitulated and the boy released him, then fed him some berries. He was so taken aback and confused that he had a good time and after a while, the two convened to meet back there every day to share some berries. Soon he considered the human boy Tobias, a friend and began to trust him. His trust was consolidated after Tobias officialy caught him and they started training together.

493pkmns, you're accepted, but you can't discover more Egg Moves, and the evolution needs to stay as it is. Sorry.

I'll be posting shortly, as my main role with me NPC's as such, to set up the flow - I will, however, have a trainer arrive at Silver Town myself.

And I'm going to be PM'ing the mods about a Discussion Thread tonight or tomorrow.
