Depends, for battling I'd probably favor PS. Like the random other tiers of PS. PO however is a much better community and tours are easier, I play mafia.

I wish there were a code for emulators that would let you play challenge mode from the start. It's annoying to have to play through the game just to unlock a new mode with slightly harder bosses. (assuming you're playing by yourself)
