That still doesn't explain why you can't put one to sleep in BW1. Those games can't even get the new forms.

What are you even going on about
When it connects to the servers to put something to sleep, the server probably says "Hey we're not ready for these dudes yet don't let them go to sleep" and makes no distinction between BW1 or 2

Remember the glitch in RS where if you played over 100 hours, the battery ran dry but the game works and the time based events didn't happen? I believe a Zigzagoon was given during that time or was it the Pamtre glitch.

What does that have to do with Kyurem & the kami not being able to go to sleep.
You do know this happened before, in BW1 right? Like half the unova Pokemon didn't have artwork so they couldn't be put to sleep.

Checking bulbapedia not until April 2011. I suspect it would have been earlier but...you know...server issues and the tsunami
I suspect they'll, at minimum, wait for Meloetta to be released "officially" so maybe August.
