not going to be mean but your Arcanine is a hack and you are running to many stab moves on the same pokemon

Charge is a waste of a move slot; you'll do more damage with two thunderbolts. This way, you can at least hit ground types for some damage.

Arcanine (M)

- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Wild Charge

Life orb is preferable for versatility. Bite is a a weak move that provides little useful coverage - Wild Charge for water types. Also, you're thinking of Ninetales, RK9 doesn't get drought.

Excadril (M)

- X-Scissor/Crush Claw/filler

Swords dance for more powah and when in doubt, throw a Leftovers on it.
X-Scissor hits grass types, they can usually resist wall you. Alternatively, Crush Claw can lower defense while you attack. Kind of gimmicky, but Excadrill doesn't really need much coverage outside of Earthquake+Rock Slide. The last move can be whatever.

Oh god Dragonite can be so much more than this.

My preferred mixed dragon dance variant, Dragon+Ground provides coverage against all but Skarmory and Bronzong - physical walls. Fire Blast takes care of that.

No one will switch on you in-game, nor Earthquake/Magnetude you. And since steel types are immune to Toxic and resistant to Crunch, Dig seems optimal for stalling and hurting steels. This makes Crunch fairly useless. Try using recovery like Wish or Moonlight.

Trait: Water Absorb
Calm Nature
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Heal Bell
- Thunderbolt

Perish song is too slow, just use Thunderbolt for coverage. Other water types wall you with ease.

Who puts Bite on Arcanine when it can learn Crunch ? And like the two above said , either you got a hacked one or you were mixing its ability up with Ninetales . If you're using an Adamant one , Choice Scarf may be a better option . if it's Jolly then Choice Band would be okay . This is my suggestion for Arcanine ,

Fire Punch
Dragon Dance for more Attack and Speed which help you to sweep your opponent Pokemon
Roost help you to use Multiscale Ability again by gaining HP by half
Dragon Claw for a good STAB move or Outrage for more power if you don't mind about using the same move for 2 or 3 turns.
Fire Punch for a lot more coverage, also it can kill Levitate Steel Pokemon which may ruin Dragonite
Leftover will let Dragonite gain HP every turn, Life Orb for more Attack or Lum Berry to let Dragonite recover from confuse after it use Outrage

As everybody said, Arcanine can't have Drought Ability, I think you are confuse because of Ninetales.
