That's fine. I like them thick and full of words anyway.

is city folk any better compared to wild world? i found ww rather dull and didn't really know what else to do after a couple of hours but i have the option of getting city folk now. does it still follow the same formula and are the in-game days still as long as in real life?

If you found Wild Word tedious then most likely you'll feel the same about City Folk as well. The two are very spiritually the same and actually very similar in terms of gameplay, objectives, etc.

The days are still as long as in real life, as in every AC game.

Yes but, you can donate money to get a fountain and other things if you find it boring you just aren't cut out for that type of game...

Holy cow, with that much stuff inside the games, no wonder it took so long for them to develop it.

Pretty sure most of that is taken up by the catalog & Villager listings,
Kinda like how half of Pokemon guides are devoted to a pokedex

Apparently that guide is stingy on some information (like perfect towns), too

I am absolutely dying waiting for AC:NL. I have been stalking the internet for information but all we know about the release date for the U.S. is Quarter 2 of 2013, but idk if that is too reliable seeing as the game was announced almost 3.5 years ago now. I know the game will be worth it, but I'm becoming impatient.

    AC:NL now please!

I have the money in the eShop reserved for New Leaf, whenever Nintendo decides to get off its butt and finish localizing this thing already.
It sounds a bit crude saying that. I know. I've been waiting a long time and I've finally gotten impatient.

Heh, I got back into playing Animal Crossing recently, because AC:NL looks so amazing. xD I've got a new WW town going.

The game just looks so boring compared to what I've seen from AC:NL, though. Not that I'm not enjoying rediscovering WW or anything, it's just AC:NL looks that amazing.

I've finally got acquainted with the hourly themes from New Leaf and they're fantastic. Really a step up from Wild World's and the GC versions. Almost every single one from 8 AM to 5 PM is gorgeous.

Oh, so they're different this time?

That's good to know. It was a bit disappointing that CF had the same ones as WW.

Yup, as far as I'm aware there aren't any traces of music from the past games. Can say I'm sure about K.K. Slider's songs, though. Eh, most of them will probably be new.

1PM and 5PM are the best.

Wow, a fourth of sales from downloads alone. Impressive.

They really stepped it up musically for this game. All of the hourly tunes fit with the time of day, and KK's new songs are all incredibly catchy.
even if we don't understand each other, that's not a reason to reject each other. There are two sides to any argument. Is there one point of view that has all the answers? Give it some thought.
^ This is the reason why I like arguing. If I come off as standoffish or overly angry in an argument, don't worry. I'm probably having the time of my life. Whether I agree with them or not, the pokemon fandom has a lot of different opinions, and I love how nobody is afraid to share them.

Is "Go K.K. Rider!!" still in the game? If not, I'm not buying it.

Yeah, that was one of the best ones in the GC version. It's a shame the series has lost some of its quirkiness as it's progressed, though. I remember 2 AM also being suitably unsuitable for the designated time it played. Good memories.

Intriguing. Getting all of K.K's songs was always a pain in the arse but now it looks like it's even harder with this inclusion. Yayness.
