From where you enter the sewer, cross up, go left, cross down, and there's a staircase on the left. A person likes blocking it though.

You have to defeat the Plasma Grunts to have access to the staircase, it's simple. But Eevee is a pain to find.

There are five different passwords that seem to be randomly picked from, レシラム (Reshiram), ゼクロム (Zekrom), ９９０９, ７７０７ and ２２０２.

It's the industrial area directly south of Virbank. You can actually go here before you battle Roxie (Homika).

For the people asking where Trapinch is, it's level 21 in the Desert Resort, highly recommend taking a level 21 Pokemon and some Repels, Trapinch is in the Very Rare Group and won't appear easily, with a level 21 lead you should only encounter Dwebble and Trapinch.

I have a question, does anybody know if you can connect a Japanese Black/White 2 with a English White/Black for the Memory link feature? I know you can transfer pokemon between them but I don't know if it will work for that feature.

That was a mistranslation. You look at the Pokedex after having it upgraded (not long after the first gym). Push the 'Habitats' button in the bottom left.

The Old and Good Rods weren't present in BW, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're not in BW2, either. They haven't been mentioned at all.

It's encountered in the standard grass at Sangi Ranch. It's not particularly common, but it's not rare, either.
