also, i think i can help with that Bagon, but im gonna need at least a week cause i have exams. As long as something along the lines of 26/30/24/28/19/31 (this is just an example) works.

If anyone can answer a quick breeding question, I'd be grateful... I know that when breeding a female pokemon with a Ditto, a Hidden Ability cannot be passed on... But what about egg moves when breeding a male pokemon with a ditto? I was looking at the Serebii BW Pokedex entry for Sawk, a male-only pokemon that can only breed with Ditto, and I noticed that there were no egg moves listed. Is that just because he is incapable of passing on TMs, Dream World Moves, Move Tutor Moves and the like to his offspring? Or is it one of those breeding situations specific to Ditto?

You can pass down moves as normal when breeding with a Ditto.
However, Tyrogue is the only 100% male Pokemon that can pass down egg moves, due to it having branching evolutions that give it a reason for it being capable of doing so.

I beat Drayden and did all the Plasma stuff. I got to the next city and then remembered that he's the guy who teaches draco meteor. I went back to see Drayden, but Drayden isn't in his house. He's just standing outside and questioning if there's anything to the north of Undella Town.

I couldn't even notice a difference with level 1 version.
With the S version, however, it's not uncommon for me to get into consecutive encounters with Pokemon that normally have a 5% encounter rate.

I really want a ghost type and an ice type, but I also want a water type. I was thinking a combination of either Jellicent and Vanilluxe or Chandelure and Walrein/ Lapras (i can get one from another game).
Which combination would be better for my team?

Try walking in tiles around it. Several of Serebii's screenshots have the location off slightly.
I'd do Jellicent, since it's capable of learning Ice Beam and Blizzard through TMs. Chandelure is quite good, so if you want to do both of those, that would work out just fine.

Castelia Garden, through the Sewer. 5% incounter rate though.

Unless you use a repel with a level 18 Pokemon leading a party, in which case it becomes a 100% encounter chance in the short grass.
It can take a while to actually get into an encounter, though. I recommend spinning in place to avoid using up the repel.

Okay, i need help
Im trying to find the TM for wild charge. Ive watched the youtube videos, saying its in victory road. Every time i go to where the videos start, he runs straight north, and over 2 bridges. In my game, the 2nd bridge is broken/not there. So, how do I get past this so that i can get the TM??

I am new to these forums so please excuse me if I post this in the wrong place. I have beat Skyla but Professor Juniper in Celestial Tower is not giving me the lucky egg. I cannot go any further at this point until she gives me the egg and goes back to the airport. Another note when I entered she never approached me to give me the master ball either. Please help or point me in the right direction I have been Googling for the last two days.
