Question! How do you go back to Liberty Island, since there's no Victini Event this time? Does one of the boats in the Castelia dock let you go there anytime? If so, does going there have some kind of story event?

Yes, you can go there immediately after you reach Castelia City. And no, there's no story event.

Well, if there's no story event connected this time, what's the purpose of going there? Is it much more expanded this time around, with wild Pokemon roaming the place? And where is Victiny? Still inside the watch tower, but uncatchable? Or is it just gone altogether now? It's not listed on the Interactable Pokemon or Legendary Pokemon guides.

It...just serves no purpose other than scenery for now. The island is probably just a placeholder if and when there's another Victini event.

Or, you know, Nintendo just does the "LOL HERE'S YOUR WI-FI GIFT" rather than give you the Liberty Ticket, seeing as how you can access the island freely.

I'm literally at this Route right now, and I came from Undella Town. The NPC that dresses in all black, right? Nope, not here.

Also, the guy who gave you the Splash and Draco Plates is not there anymore. Neither is his house :<

EDIT: LOL, NEVERMIND. The guy's OW sprite was changed to that of an Ace Trainer. Same guy though. He gave a Blue Flute.

Another edit: Okay basically this Route basically changed the pathway to the guy's house. Never mind. Both of them are still there. >_>

The Treasure Hunter guy gives you a random item from a bunch that he has daily. It can range from flutes to evolutionary items like the Magmarizer.

And I'm not sure, but I think Mister Ore-Happy is still in Icirrus. :O

He was never in Icirrus, he was in the mansion in Undella town and I didn't find anyone there willing to buy anything from me.

Are you sure that the items still vary? I reset the game numerous times and only received flutes. I suppose I'll give it another go.

Oh, because the man in Icirrus buys the Nuggets. The one in Undella (I'm not sure, I didn't see the mansion there owned by The Riches) buys the relics found in the Ancient Castle.

And I'm sure the items still vary. Try to not reset too much, because there's apparently a negative effect on daily events if you do D:
