Actually, the Password is randomly selected from 1101,2202, 3303, 4404, 5505, 6606, 7707, 8808, 9909, レシラム, ゼクロム, and キュレム. I'm playing Black 2, and for me it was レシラム, so it isn't different between the versions.

Oops, you're right. The password can be different, even within two copies of the same version. Though on my White 2 it was 6066, not 6606, weird...
Where do you see where the password actually is? Clicking on the Plasma Keycard (or whatever it's called) didn't let me do anything.

Okay, I'm playing White 2, and I'm wondering what the deal is with the Pokémon Breeder on the south end of Route 4. I have battled her five times now; it seems every time I reload the map she wants to fight again! I don't even have to talk to her; she just does the whole exclamation point thing again! She doesn't get any stronger, it's just the same Drilbur and Marill, same levels, every time... Is it a glitch...?

I believe most, if not all, of the Pokemon Breeders in the game are like this. It should mean that it's not a glitch, or that it's a glitch that affects that entire trainer class.
Either way, it's a pretty good way to level up your Pokemon if you're underleveled for a gym.

I recall finding one in the cave that leads to the Relic Castle. The one that you can enter if you go to southwest of where the World Tournament is.

Question! How do you go back to Liberty Island, since there's no Victini Event this time? Does one of the boats in the Castelia dock let you go there anytime? If so, does going there have some kind of story event?

Yes, you can go there immediately after you reach Castelia City. And no, there's no story event.

Well, if there's no story event connected this time, what's the purpose of going there? Is it much more expanded this time around, with wild Pokemon roaming the place? And where is Victiny? Still inside the watch tower, but uncatchable? Or is it just gone altogether now? It's not listed on the Interactable Pokemon or Legendary Pokemon guides.

It...just serves no purpose other than scenery for now. The island is probably just a placeholder if and when there's another Victini event.

Or, you know, Nintendo just does the "LOL HERE'S YOUR WI-FI GIFT" rather than give you the Liberty Ticket, seeing as how you can access the island freely.

I'm literally at this Route right now, and I came from Undella Town. The NPC that dresses in all black, right? Nope, not here.

Also, the guy who gave you the Splash and Draco Plates is not there anymore. Neither is his house :<

EDIT: LOL, NEVERMIND. The guy's OW sprite was changed to that of an Ace Trainer. Same guy though. He gave a Blue Flute.

Another edit: Okay basically this Route basically changed the pathway to the guy's house. Never mind. Both of them are still there. >_>
