I tried to use the Poke transfer to put my Latios from emerald onto Black 2 by pal parking it onto Soul Silver and then Poke Transferring it from Soul Silver to White 2, but it won't work. When I go to the Poke transfer with DS Download on the other 3DS, it gives me some kind of wierd screen on DS Download, and on White 2, it exits me out of the Poke Transfer. Why does it do this?

It doesn't matter what game you got the egg in. That means that if you received an egg in your BW but you trade the egg over to BW2 and hatch it in BW2, it will not gain boosted experience points because your BW2 trainer is its OT.

To answer your question, I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to trade an egg for another egg.

If you have beaten the Elite Four and beat LV 65 Cobalion/Terrakion/Virizion, would they still return? Also, what about the other legendaries? If I beat them before the Elite Four, are they not going to return until I beat the E4?

Do you have to trade an egg for another egg? By extension(since the daycare is post-game in BW2 and no eggs are gifted until postgame) is it impossible to trade an egg to BW2 until after you beaten the Elite 4?

You can trade your Egg for any pokémon.

No once you obtain the C-gear you can trade as many eggs as you want.

Is the White Tree Hollow and Black Skyscraper repeatable? I know that after you clear one and get the other area, you get to face the veteran trainer at the end instead of Banjirou, etc etc... However, can they be infinitely repeatable, with trainer encounters refreshing and all that?

You can only start on Challenge Mode if someone sends you the key to your game through Infrared.

Sure. You can trigger the flashback events eg in Striaton City,In Asperia City,battle with cheren and Bianca and etc...

You battle all the Plasma Grunts, then you should get the card. I don't know if you need the cad to actually progress, but the code is either Zekrom / Reshiram in Japanese or XX0X with "X" being numbers 1-9. The password is different between each save IIRC.
